I would believe weeeeellll before the age of 18.
That producer of hers has had some vicious rumors about him about more than just one teen actress.
When you look back on some of the shots of these young girls in bikinis being splashed with water, it wouldn't surprise me if the saying still water runs deep is true in this case.
I wouldn't say she was 'about that life' because in those cases, the girl is cohorsed into it by someone older who she trusts....

What are these stories about Dan Schneider substantiated by? All i've seen is some internet sleuthing, which a lot of times is mostly made up of speculations, misinformation, and just plain ole reaching and indulgence. I certainly don't doubt that the casting couch is a real thing that still happens, I just wouldn't want to
hang my hat on the word of anonymous sources and web detectives who have filled their "research" with their own fantastical ideas and I certainly wouldn't
want to repeat it to someone as if it were fact. Think of how you feel about false accusations of sexual assault, now think about spreading unconfirmed stories about sexual abuse and coercion...
