hold people like stephen a smith to a curve when it comes to footballl

every time he opens his mouth about the sport and embarrasses himself

 
YUP!!

This and Men In Blazers are my two favorite Grantland podcasts. Hollywood Prospectus is cool too, but I'm not so into all the movies and TV shows they are
 
^ Yes. Jalen is probably the best ex-NBA player in the the media right now. His break down of athletes entourage's was on point. :lol:

I started listening about a month ago, Jalen is the man. I always used to hate him, not because of anything he did, but because I always associated the name with JRose5 on here. Once I started actually paying attention to him as a person, I became a big fan.
 
i enjoy his spirited tv broadcasts as well

especially when he digs up those old r&b hits to incorporate into hi game analyses

I ***** with the Grantland network too. Mainly the Trenches and Jalen Rose Report But this ***** Jalen Rose be namedropping way too much:

A couple other good NBA podcasts, The Basketball Jones (daily NBA talk) and The Hangtime Podcast with Sekou Smith, Lang Whitaker, and Rick Fox every Wednesday.

I don't know how yall can like The Basketball Jones... its a Canadian show and theres a British dude on it

 I can't eem listen for more than a few minutes without laughing at their ridiculous collective accents, let alone take them seriously with their NBA talk

I won't stand for TBJ slander! :lol: I really don't hear any accents outside of Leigh's, that's probably my favorite podcast right now.

I'm looking for more daily podcasts though :nerd:
