JALEN ROSE PODCAST SO UNDERRATED....TOP 3 RIGHT NOW

Yeah, dude kind of took some shots about Jalen not being an all star and about stepping on the court and getting fined but not actually running over to help scuffle.

larry brown said what? reggie taking shots at jalen why :nerd: :nerd:

missed the last month of podcasts

You can always tell when someone actually listens and/or reads something fully or just goes off of cliff notes. Reggie Miller clearly didn't listen to that Jalen Rose podcast

I'm with you on that, I didn't feel like Jalen disrespected guys. I mean Larry DNP'd him and started guys not as good as him. Is that not truth?

I feel like Jalen was stressing how special it was that KD acknowledged each of his teammates, and related it to how players don't usually do that; leading to his example of how Reggie never verbally did it for him/his teammates.

I thought he took shots at Reggie. As if Reggie only cared about himself and his stats, and not helping the other players. Like how he brought up Jonathan Bender and Al Harrington. So why were they drafting all these other players to replace you? Was that Larry Brown also, because he wasn't even there then.

In every story Jalen is innocent

He did the same to CWebb.

He assumes why people don't mess with him, but the process makes the other person look bad or petty.

What made Larry Brown say that to him? It didn't come out of the blue for no reason, but people take what Jalen says and they run with it. Not realizing there are three sides to a story. His side, their side and the truth. He often gives his one glamorous perfect Jalen side. People believe the first story they hear.

Jacoby was gassing Jalen when he said: "It was kind of riduculous that you were never an all star"

WHAT?

I love Jalen,he was fun to watch on those ****** Raptor squads, but he was never really close to an all star.

Jacoby was gassing him

Like how he started mentioning the other guards Haywood Workman and Travis Best

and did he say he likes to think of himself as the best player Reggie ever played with?

Detlef Schrempf, Rik Smits, The Rifleman, Jackson?

Jalen never even mentioned Reggie talking about his stats. All Jalen brought up was how Reggie showed love to other teammates through the years but never Jalen.

Oh and the only time Reggie Miller ever made it to the Finals Jalen Rose was the leading scorer on that team so it ain't absurd for him to think he's the best player he played with.

But this wasn't a Jalen Rose "I'm innocent" tale. All Jalen Rose said was Reggie Miller never verbally gave him praise in the way Kevin Durant did Russell Westbrook. I can't verify or not but he then followed up and said Miller has had no issue giving praise to other guys from that Pacers team, i.e. Rick Smitt, Dale & Antonio Davis, etc.

Jalen Rose put up better numbers across the board than Reggie Miller during that Finals run.

As for the other PGs, Jalen said he clearly respected those guys but he dogged them out in practices and they should not had seen more playing time than him.

listening to it again I must say yall are right ...jalen never went at reggie like that and how reggie responded kinda proved jalen point

Also, I can't knock his riff w/ CWebb

edit: can't wait for the next Rose report tho

Detlef made three all star games.

During the playoff run Reggie was the leading scorer and the best player.

even during the season Reggie was better, Jalen seems to think that PPG determines who is the best player, he thinks he should have mad ethe all star team when he was on the Bulls, taking a million shots a game.

Detlef Schrempf>>>>>>>>>>>>>Jalen Rose.

no he didn't. Look again.

21 4 3 .437 FG .429 3FG .805 FT
24 3 3 .452 FG .395 3FG .938 FT

Reggie gets the scoring edge. So perhaps saying across the board might have been inaccurate. But at the end of the day Reggie's been to one NBA Finals and that was when Jalen Rose was by his side, so in that regard it isn't unreasonable for Rose to want Reggie to acknowledge this fact and give him a pat on the back so to speak.

reggie is corny on tnt but reggie was correct

what did jalen really want? a freakin personal shoutout

as far as larry brown, we know dude is gonna do it his way. look what he did to the olympics team.
