I'm gonna be in Baltimore and Philly with the wife for a few days next week and wanted to get some insight on places to visit and eat and things to do.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance NT!

You can go to Pats and Ginos to say you've gone. Warning, they aren't that good. Just hype.

I can make 6 delicious steak and cheeses for the price of one of theirs at home.

Can't believe I actually drove into the city for them. PS: I liked Pats better. I don't like that cheese wiz stuff from Ginos. Also, the bread at Ginos was hard.

I would recommend for breakfast green eggs. For some night life/ wine and dine, Northern liberty.

If you're looking for a cheesesteak, skip Pat's/Geno's and go to Jim's on South Street. Much better in my experience. Another place I enjoyed in Philly is Misconduct Tavern in Center City - very good burgers and a pretty nice rotating beer selection.

Of course if you go to BMORE you have to go to the Inner Harbor. That is a must. You could also mess with the aquarium while you are around there too.

Any places we should go during the day? Landmarks or essential B-More or Philly locations?

you can get a great view of Baltimore from the observation deck of their World Trade Center for $5

also for nightlife/ bar spots head to Federal Hill, Canton, or Fells Point. Fed Hill is more college-aged while Canton and fells are more of the older crowds, all have decent places.

Best crabs? Jimmys seafood in dundalk. Best BBQ? Andy Nelsons in hunt valley. Best pitbeef sandwich? Chaps, its in the parking lot of the gold club...

Check out the Windsor Inn in Baltimore, I love their crab cakes, kinda pricey, but worth it imo.

Aquarium is a given.

I can think of a few other things, but those are the two that pop into my head, I'm boring
