chopped and screwed music has been "cool" in Houston and the South since Screw started.

just because the Houston hype died down, doesn't mean people randomly stopped liking it.

we liked it before the Houston hype, so we have no reason to not still like it. sit down.
 
Heard the remix and felt it had too many cats on there. I hate songs where they shorten cats verses to fit more ppl on it.

Beyonce in a point in her career where she's trying to find alternate credibility it seems. Just don't get why she won't just do grown and sexy music for goodness sakes
 
It never really seemed like a "single" to me, though.

Just seemed like something to buzz about.

If bow down was dropped as a full song then maybe...but I doubt 80 seconds of a song were meant to be a single.

Houston had their time in the sun a few years ago so it gained more national attention but it never was NOT poppin

They usually don't release singles anymore. They'll release a clip or something will be "leaked". If it catches fire, boom it's on iTunes and being pushed. If it fades away, no one loses. That's why I said "single"
