I'm 30 and still wear retro Nikes and OGs from the 90s or shoes like my new Lebron X Lavas casually and don't see myself stopping anytime soon. How old are the older ones here that still wear this kind of shoes casually?

man my 62 year old pops still wears sneakers. i gave him some of my old AM 1 and 90s. He loves them because he has a messed up foot and the air insole provides stability.

Turning 65 this year

I'm 35 and still wear penny's, Jordan's, dunks, etc. You're never to old to do something that you love. My dad is in his late 50's and he has 3's 9's forces and dunks. He has me looking for some blk/rd I's right now

def not.
I do think you should stop camping out at a certain age though....but I think the idea of camping out is silly at any age

id throw my 1's 3's 4's and 6's on every now and then when im old

(srs)

if i had a son id prob give him my pairs though

Nah, I be rapping, so rapping in loafers ain't live.

However, I do plan on rocking kicks forever, if anything, I'll just get a dew designer ones for hi end clubbing.

Been working a job where I have to wear dress shoes...

I miss throwing on my Kidds or pennys for work...

:frown:

I didn't appreciate how comfortable these kicks are till I got a dress shoe job.. I throw on my kicks any chance I get.

:pimp:

Nah, I only wear them on the court or at the gym. Outside of that I stick with dress shoes at work and casual shoes everywhere else.

Yes you gotta grow up eventually. After 20 i only wore kicks for sporrs.

You work anywhere relevant you have to wear shoes.
You go out to any relevant spot on the weekend... Shoes.

As for weekends and hanging with friends, yeah i guess but legit i'd almost be embarassed of my appearance if i ran into certain folks
