Y-3 Qasa

hey guys maybe this will help anyone with sizing questions, it helped my friends when i showed them

huaraches-10

asic gl3, racers, trainers -9 (my true size)

y3 prime knit lows -8

y3 qasa highs - 8.5

as you can see the lows are huge even after i sized down a full size they're still a little bit bigger than id like.

Just to add my 2 cents, I am TTS 9 and I sized down half a size for the Qasa Highs. I picked up the triple blacks from Kith last year and they fit great. I would say size down half a size if you're considering picking up the Highs.

yeah I agree with you, I was just saying he primeknits are a little looser than the neoprene since it's not as thick and flexible.

Yep, wish I lived by a Y-3 store. All of the high end stores that carry Y-3 never have my size either.

Just came in.

I just added the all blacks for the hell of it.

i wish all Qasas had the rope laces..the make the shoe look much better.

compared to the triple blacks, do you think they knits are a little looser? They're a different fit, right?

the knits are looser i got mine last week. I went full size down assuming it was going to be loose due to the knit construction.

I would say so but not that much of a significant difference, its not a flopping off my feet loose.

FYI on sizing.... The primeknits here are .5 smaller, but the fit feels the same.

I usually have to size down one or 1.5 down in Adidas from my Nike size.

Heads up, Saks.com got some of their Y3s in and the Primeknit Qasa Hi's are going for $295, that's $105 less than retail. Might be a mistake so take advantage now before they catch it. They do call it Yohji Boost though but Primeknit Qasa Highs are the one showing so be weary of that. They might send the old Yphji boosts instead.

I called and they said it was the wrong shoe pictured. So essentially people paid retail for older boosts that never sold out. lol

I chatted with customer service and she guaranteed I should get what was pictured, I knew she could know absolutely nothing but I got the chat record copied so returns should be easy anyways and I can raise hell if I feel like it. :lol:

I even told the SA about it and she still insisted that it was correct, I even sent a link to the Y3 website and the price difference.

I am actually surprised the person you spoke to actually knew it was the wrong picture they are using, maybe they actually got tipped off already but I am also surprised they haven't taken it down yet.

At least now they know and the returns should be free. Still a tiny sliver of a chance I get the Qasa though so I'll see if rush delivery arrives on Friday.

Glad I called the nearest Y-3 store before heading out because they didn't have my size in the qasa hi's. SA said hopefully by next week they get another restock. The olives were long gone.

I think that would be much better if the giant Y3 logo wasn't plastered on the front, they should have at least moved it to the back by the heel. Or make it tone on tone with the upper so it doesn't scream the logo.

I like how it is but if it were a reflective black stamp instead of bright white I would like it all the same

which one of you got the primeknits off of jackthreads in a 10.5, tried them on and returned them...

because i just got them.

bottom of the left shoe had marks on it and laces were undone.

they are sick though. definitely better in person.
