Y-3 Qasa

YO! WTF i just got a customs bill of 140 from End for my Qasa highs!!!! and i ordered those retro boost from them thinking there wasnt one....Fedex sent me an invoice in the mail wtf

The import duty fees are not always invoiced immediately. They can come several weeks later (happened to me). Depending on the mateirals, it can be about 10-30% of the retail price including some brokerage fees. Anything over $200 can (and likely will) be subject to duties unless you ship via the regional mail (USPS/Royal Mail, etc.) where they are a little less strict about inspection (depends on country).

Almost all End orders over $200 gets dinged for customs. That's why I never order there no matter how cheap it may seem. I found that Tres bien is much better and might not get hit for customs

You will get hit with a duty for anything over 200. Some places might, but not always, be generous and not include VAT tax to try and keep you stuff from going over but these shoes are already pushing it at retail. Buddy of mine ordered from Hanon and was 2 pounds away from getting hit because they just decided to not let the tax go. But then again most was on sale so I can see why they didn't.

My retro boost came in now. Thank goodness I did go a half size down. They run sorta big but it's definitely a beautiful shoe.

Dat struggle is real. Damn son
Mad real lol. At this point if my TTS is too loose when they come in the mail in a few days then i may as well just keep em or try and sale them for what i got em for... If anyone want a pair i might be selling one in sz 9.5 or 10 LOL

Just curious, does your duty invoice give you what the Tariff/Duty code is or what percentage they charged?

I'll have to look later when I get home, im going to call customer service and have a discussion about taken some of the fee's off because researched and seen people say they over charge on some portion so gonna make them waive it. Also not sure when its due because there was no due date, so gonna milk that ish out till i feel the need to pay lol

Yeah, I was curious because I was looking up what I was charged by DHL (these were for some flyknit Nike's) and they put it under the code: 6403599045. According to my DHL bill, this was only a 10% duty + $7.50 "delayed payment"/brokerage fee.

Here's a link to the tariff classification website so maybe you can look up the categories they put your shoes under to make sure they were correctly taxed:

Just wondering what Qasa's are classified under. Also, as a heads up, if you wait too long to pay (they will probably send you two more notices) they will send it to a collections agency...so don't milk it too long.

^^ good looking out bro, ill have to take a look at it in a few. But yeah i read a few things that showed that that FedEx over charged for a fee by alot so Im going to def check that out because the fees seems outrageous.

On feet pics please!
A couple of quick solo snaps from my Galaxy S5

They feel like your average regular Qasa and the "boost" part does not affect the comfort of the shoe at all. I do not understand why there is a piece of boost for aesthetics. Overall I like how snug it feel when you lace them since the material on the upper is all elastic (Olive) not to mention how great it looks (a cross between low and Hi Qasa)  I'm pretty sure the two other color way will feel a little different because the upper that they use for each one is different.

Black/Red: uses neoprene

Olive: uses elastic bands

Black/White: uses Knit ( I'm going to assume that the knit that they use for this one is the Ultra boost Knit).

Thanks for the pics. Repped. They do look really nice on foot. I'm also looking to pull the trigger on the knits in the future.
