For the most part dudes who do these are kinda corny in general

I always think of that line in that Birdman movie when i think of critics now...

"A man becomes a critic when he cannot be an artist, the same way that a man becomes an informer when he cannot be a soldier"

Them Dead End Hip Hop dudes and BigQuint cool cuz dudes just coolin chopping it up to stuff that they are actually interested in.

A lot of times you can tell Fantano just tryna get views

The production is good but I do feel some tracks have a bit too much going on for no particular reason

On fantano, his score doesn't really match what he was saying throughout the review

But hey good look for travis

never understood the hate for anyone that reviews an album. Its all a personal opinion. dude had good musical insight. I don't agree with a lot of his opinions but he has put me onto a lot of music.

But ever since he threw shade at kissland....i was basically done taking him some what seriously. He is just a music reviewer that i check in on infrequently

I'll give this album more spins but DBR is better. More bangers better sound. This just sounds so could've been great but I safety netted for mainstreammainstream.

DBR sounds more like Travis than Rodeo.

rodeo Travis sounds like hey this is popular or let me do what this artist does

Meanwhile DBR was like Ima just do me, and yeah I got some influences but it's not so blatant. I think he nailed HIS SOUND with DBR, but this album idk...just feels less him. It's like every song there's a guest or he's sounding like he's trying to be ______

Just my opinion tho. Glad people are enjoying it

Sonically the Rodeo album is crazy, packed with features, great beats etc but it does honestly fall a little short. Something is missing.

I like Rodeo a lot (didn't like Owl Pharaoh or DBR at all) and consider it one of the better albums of this year but I think that's more due to the production and the features than anything Travis did.

I think he bites a lot of artists very noticeably but it sonically the album is amazing so I give him a pass.

He doesn't really say anything memorable on the record either. I know 2 Chainz's 3500 verse from start to finish by now but honestly can't name a single Travis line that stuck in my head.

Couldn't been worded any better, this rodeo is not Travis it's basically a sway lee album, this not Travis style at all....

I've ran this album back like 5 times and still don't see where this Album of the Year/Top 5 Album of the year talk is coming from. The project sounds uninspired, unoriginal and some of these songs are really dragged out. I **** with some of dudes songs but I don't think he has a project out that I can run front to back, they usually only have 3/4 songs I REALLY like and the rest is underwhelming.

Album is dope. Gotta ride to it. TI narrating the album was cool too.

Imma go cop later today maybe. Im in Houston so I imagine its sold out. Nearest best buy for me is the Galleria.

Production is just too good on here but yea dude cant rap for nutin.

And does anybody else find themselves getting distracted by how much he sounds like Kanye(or Kanye intimating him)? Its to the point where i just wanna see if Kanye is listed as additional vocals on every other track lol

I dont know if imma go check out Owl Pharoah but this kid is def 2 for 2 in my book.

Impossible is perfection man. The buildup to the rapping on both verses, the subtle vocals during the hook :x :smokin

Swear I had that playing in every Uber this weekend like it was my theme song

I get so confused when people say this. Who would want to jock Swae Lee of all people?

EASILY my favorite song on the album. I love when he makes music like this, and wish there were at least a few more songs on the album that fully embraced this vibe.

Jesus Christ. I came upon mamacita again by shuffle today.

Son was on another level when he made this ****.
