Went to the pop up show in Houston tonight. This dude just puts on a performance. Antidote, night call, Oh my, and Piss on your grave are so ill live
 
This quote from a different board sums up my thoughts on where it falls

solid, yet weaker than dbr, and the weakest album this year. TPAB, If You're Reading This, and especially Summertime '06, given it was also a debut album, were all way better than this thing. This **** goes below Dark Sky Paradise, imo, but even then, Big Sean at least had a memorable presence in the songs with features, whereas in Rodeo, the features tend to shine over Travis. Also pretty bummed Travis stepped back for most of the production in this one.

Producer from Houston claimed he made the beat then they kicked him out where they was staying and stole his laptops and stuff and used the beat and didn't give him credit
 
Album is growing on me.

And as I sit t here on my toilet doing my bidness I can't tell you how much I love applepie because it's amazing and because I'm exposed at the moment.

I hear TS is a scum bag but album is good sonically, rapping is horrible.

The song with Quavo is my fav and the beat change makes me wish it was a song with all the migos or a Migos x Drizzy track
 
Not even a Travis Scott fan, buy I loved DBR and 3500, so I'm gonna pick this up with Scarface's album later today

I keep reading more and more of these type of stories about scott. And it seems like literally every media outlet hates him. Going as far as comparing him to iggy azaela 

I like the album alot though. No where near as good as DS2. 

Might buy a copy or whatever
 
Listened to it again and it was much much better this time around. I like it

These DS2 comparisons are ridiculous. That album is literally the same song 15 times, and most of it is unintelligible nonsense.

Guys correct me if I'm wrong. Travis said that days before rodeo were songs that weren't going to make it on rodeo right? If so he ****** up.

Article really wasn't that farfetched tho IMO and I wouldn't make that Iggy comparison but it is something I have thought about as far as the perception of him compared to other artists like Soulja Boy who also bite

Anyway the early projections are saying 90-100k 1st week

They were just nitpicking on how he came up(like that really matters) and then they try to say he bites Kanye which is so foolish as if he's not signed to good music and is basically a got damn Kanye protege. I forgot who else they mentioned but I stopped reading when they said he copies drakes flow on one song :lol:
