Pretty good album. May have built my expectations up a bit after Days Before Rodeo and how good 3500 was, just cause after listening, i don't think there's a track better than 3500 on here. Oh Dis My Side, Wasted, Pornography, Antidope, Nightcrawler, and Apple Pie are all Nothing really bad on here outside of Young Thug's appearance. not sure people can legit listen to him, he's a dumpster fire.

Since Owl Pharaoh, he's been calling all his tapes albums. I vividly remember him saying DBR is like the preparation of a Rodeo like right before the wild ride.


It's hilarious cuz I remember dudes was talking bout all that work they did on the Upper Echelon beat, then when the original leaked it was exactly the same.

Just look forward to the days where dudes stop having 7 producers on one beat

Can't begin to tell you how great the production is on this album. La Flame really surprised me with this one. This album is way better than "Owl Pharaoh" & "Days Before Rodeo". Blows those two projects out of the water. That out to "Impossible" is

I did not hear Antidote or 3500, what drew me to listen to Rodeo was actually was viewing his Instagram as well as the art work and action figure. I thought it was creative and I wanted to hear more from the kid at that point. I am an old head and half of the new artists today I just can't get into.

Its 4am, I could not sleep, I am in bed looking at Apple Music on my phone, I saw the album. I got up and got my headphones. What I liked about it was the detail, the way the music was produced, arranged, the sound, the layers, the sound effects. Sonically it was flawless to my ear. I just loved the whole direction and feel of the album, It was well done.

So I went back and listened to Owl Pharaoh and DBR, both are excellent projects but they are not touching Rodeo in my opinion. I thought DBR was a lot better than OP and Rodeo was better than them both.

His album and vibe feels like Yeezus mixed with DS2, i'm digging that. I went out and bought the deluxe version that afternoon.

I like this kid, I just hope he calms down a little, I see him out here fighting fans and wilding out a little. If he stays consistent and focused on the music I feel he could reach the masses.
