I don't think that the album is going to drop that day. He used the phrase "FOR THE START OF BIRD SZN" for a reason.
I saw back on the 4th that Mike Dean had tweeted this:
I'm guessing there will be a few things to set things in motion on the 12th and after some kind of "build up", the album would release towards the end of August hopefully.

Drop the "Pick Up The Phone video" and a pre-order link and just let the people have the damn music by next Friday.

Listen to that **** everyday, in the gym, getting high, getting ready to go out, **** just works.

Same. Agree with everything you said. That song puts me in an instant turn up mood. I mean they play it on the radio here in Houston though so it did make waves.

Antidote was a hit since day 1 but it took 6 months before mainstream picked it up and made it commercial. That song puts people in a trance.
Pick up the phone is a great song just give it some time to be all over the radio.

People love songs about drugs/getting high too, every time I'm at a party all the people most ****** up lose their **** when Antidote comes on.
Pick Up The Phone is a better song IMO, but it's not as visceral and also hasn't been pushed as hard as Antidote was.

Beat is hard as any beat in the past couple years.
