Team is on fire right now, wish it was September though. Hanley's injury is very worrisome. Bullpen has been playing lights out.

With Yasiel there's a lot of rope, but still can't come at a vet like that. Needs to realize that not everyone is 22 and athletic like he is.
 
This season is just getting more & more fun.

Had an amazing time at the Yankee/Dodger game last week. Hoping to make it down for a Nomo bobblehead on Saturday before I head out of the country for a bit...
 
Kershaw not being able to get the bunt down and Ethier grounding into the double play on a 3-0 pitch have been back breakers so far
 
Good while it lasted....aj GIDP...punto bunt..kershaw failed bunt...ethier gidp on 3-0 count....plus league opening the flood gates..

Shrugs. Get em tomorrow. Nolasco v Miller. Still no official word on HanRam or even Kemp.
 
Heading into the series I figured we'd split. But I also thought we'd win the first two with Greinke and Kershaw going.

As far as I'm concerned that's who League is. I think his recent success was more luck than anything else... I could be wrong though

The key to leagues success is not missing bats..its inducing grounders...and thats what hes been doing...except for today.
 
Ya he was keeping the ball on the ground for a while, today everything was thigh high and up and against a line up like these guys that's a huge no no, all he can do is just improve tomorrow.
 
Tonights winning lineup : craw, hairston, gonzo, puig, dre, skip, fedex, DEE, nolasco.

Get used to it, only four days off in the schedule so Donnie has to play with the lineups to give people rest.

Boys had opportunities last night, but hey, can't win them all. Plus, during this streak, the team has been getting major breaks. Goes both ways sometimes.

Ya gotta give some guys days off, it's not ideal but hey you never know. Sometimes those scrappy line ups just come up and create trouble.

Puig is a natural clean up hitter.
