Btw..I'm not gonna get overly excited as he's for the most part put the clamps on SD in petco, a pitchers haven..and a goldschmidt less az team.

But..kudos...he's doing what he has to do.

Matt since the non waiver deadline has been carrying the offense (along with gonzo and spot appearances from others).

Word. I'm liking all these young infielder we snatched up. Fielding wise they're solid. Bat will come after getting use to big league pitching.

Anybody else down for a Hanley trade? He's got the worse attitude
 
No need to trade Hanley, he's a free agent after this season. I like Hanley even though he is injury prone and a defensive liability but I can see the Dodgers not re-signing him especially if he asks for crazy money. Either way, I think the team has some capable infielders ready to step up.

 Does Perez know Ethier cant hit? Whole thing was odd because it looked like he intentionally hit him with a changeup.

Glad Kershaw isnt pitching against them tomorrow. It mightve escalated quickly...

Yeah. I have no clue what happened to Puig. .216 August. .167 Sept so far. 1 HR since the ASG. Dude is batting 7th now...

He's about that life...and it seems as though that said life is taking its toll..mentally, physically...psychologically...emotionally...luckily, we're winning for the most part and he can't have any reason to get too down on himself. In order to advance far, he and hanram HAVE to step up....we're gonna face the likes of waino/wacha....stras/zimmerman....madbum in oct...maybe even max/sonny/etc....

He's healthy and that's all that matters.

These guys are due for a run. At this point doubt Hanley comes back. :frown:. I really like him but his injury history, Uribe having one year in his deal and Saeger getting close to the bigs will keep the Dodgers from giving Hanley the 4-5 year deal he will be seeking.
 
Alright...just saw that little league home run....and all I can say..is LMAO. I mean....WTF was THAT.

(I can laugh cuz it only made it 8-3)
