Surpised this hasnt been talked about yet. But the dodgers just claimed mike baxter off waivers and DFAd alex castellanos. I thought castle could be a decent RH utility guy off the bench, but I guess not. Didnt really get a chance imo. I see a lil scott hairston in him.

Suprised we are not talking about something that is not worth talking about? Castellanos is on the wrong side of 25 to be a "prospect", got a cup of coffee in 2012, had a terrible season at ABQ this year. Passed up by Scott Van Slyke on the org depth chart.

No point in talking about two guys that probably wont make anyone's 40 man next season.

in any case..I think its worth mentioning as any personnel move that affects the 40 man is worth at least being brought up.

Otherwise, go blue. Hope the alleged incliment weather doesnt affect the pitching matchup.

Tonight's game should be good. You know Kershaw is extra motivated.

If the brief spark the bats showed Wednesday is a fluke, this is likely a repeat of games 1 and 2. If they can get some runs early and Kershaw settles in then its a game tomorrow.

I doubt the cardinals are feeling any type of pressure right now regarding last season, but if there's a game to be played tomorrow then that's a different story.
