Been doing it off and on for the past year and a half. Been consistently on for the past 6 weeks. 4 to 5 times a week.
Still do Iso workouts three times a week (Shoulders/Back, Chest, Leg).
Stumbled into Crossfit, had a coworker that talked about it back in 2010 and ignored him. Got bored of every BB routine out there, eventually stopped working out. No motivation, ballooned, when I got back into the swing of things didn't want to get into the mundane routine started searching for total body/compound lift workouts and kept hitting crossfit workouts. I started doing some WOD's and just ended up liking it a whole lot. Only thing that kept me from going consistently was the price. One of my boys just got certified (level 1) and is trying to open his own box. I get the homie hookup, hence the consistency.
Last 4 weeks this has been my routine:
Monday AM: Chest
Monday PM: Crossfit
Tuesday PM: Crossfit
Wednesday AM: Leg
Friday AM: Back/Shoulders
Friday PM: Crossfit
Saturday AM: Crossfit
I will have to alter that routine based on the Dodgers home schedule, but plan to stick to this routine. I hate doing cardio, love rowing, hate long distance running, love sprints, hate cry babies, love playing basketball.

Unfortunately diet has always been my downfall, I'm always surrounded by awesome food that taste great but is terrible for you. Need to work on not caving in, need to get on that Cinco diet... or eating lifestyle.Edited by ooIRON MANoo - 4/11/13 at 12:07am
