Wish I had seen that Cable TV chart a couple of hours ago. Thought I lost my mind when I couldn't find the game on tv. :lol:
 
is it bad i didn't want us to score right now with bases loaded top 9th because i have League on my fantasy team and I wanted him to get the save?

Not blacked out, just got bumped to an alternate channel since FSNPT is broadcasting the Clipper game.

I'm sure they are salty that we switched to Time Warner starting in 2014.

Still terrible with RISP, this game should be a blowout instead of watching Brandon League do his best Jonathan Broxton impersonation.

Ironman you're doing crossfit now?

Been doing it off and on for the past year and a half. Been consistently on for the past 6 weeks. 4 to 5 times a week.

Still do Iso workouts three times a week (Shoulders/Back, Chest, Leg).

Stumbled into Crossfit, had a coworker that talked about it back in 2010 and ignored him. Got bored of every BB routine out there, eventually stopped working out. No motivation, ballooned, when I got back into the swing of things didn't want to get into the mundane routine started searching for total body/compound lift workouts and kept hitting crossfit workouts. I started doing some WOD's and just ended up liking it a whole lot. Only thing that kept me from going consistently was the price. One of my boys just got certified (level 1) and is trying to open his own box. I get the homie hookup, hence the consistency.

Last 4 weeks this has been my routine:
Monday AM: Chest
Monday PM: Crossfit
Tuesday PM: Crossfit
Wednesday AM: Leg
ThursdayPM: Crossfit
Friday AM: Back/Shoulders
Friday PM: Crossfit
Saturday AM: Crossfit
Sunday: Rest

I will have to alter that routine based on the Dodgers home schedule, but plan to stick to this routine. I hate doing cardio, love rowing, hate long distance running, love sprints, hate cry babies, love playing basketball.

Unfortunately diet has always been my downfall, I'm always surrounded by awesome food that taste great but is terrible for you. Need to work on not caving in, need to get on that Cinco diet... or eating lifestyle.

Been doing it for a minute too but I cut back to 3 days cuz of the price

It's tough, but once you're dialed in it's easy peasy (did I really just say that?!)


this is my 7th week of keto after giving it a few days rest last week during spring break (San Diego overnighter in Little Italy= veal parmiaganna w/ pasta, the next day went to Puerto Nuevo = 2lb lobster, beans/rice/delishis tortilla) and got back on it Monday, those few meals carbing up shot me up almost 10 lbs. F that, i'm willingly giving up grains in favor of higher fat in my diet :lol: That bloat looked and felt awful, glad to see it gone. Opening day last week, I tried them helmet nachos due to the girlfriends insistance :lol: and had a Dodger Dog without the bun haha


Watching the replay of last nights game on the 360, :lol: @ Cruz wanting the ball after getting that first hit
Crawford is doing awesome early on in the season, League is giving me headaches.

It's a long season though, let's take the series tonight
