Not pitching Kershaw in game 4 is more justifiable than pitching Kershaw in game 4.

Hard to question not pitching Kershaw after going 7 in Game 1 and tossing 124 pitches. Plus, the Braves are throwing Freddy Garcia out there.

This move is highly questionable, and if it fails will be highly scrutinized.

and it should be.  from what i read kershaw hasn't pitched on 3 days rest before.      if it was cc sabathia or someone of that nature whos successfully pitched on short rest a few times that's one thing but to have kershaw pitch on short rest for the first time in this situation, it just doesn't make sense to me.  even if they win tonight im not a fan of the move.  
 
So lets say kersh goes 6 and makes 103 pitches and goes out tied or losing...u can use ur backend or use nolasco if kersh tires early/has a high pitch count/getting hit....if u win...u start next series with grienke and have kersh gm 2 on normal rest.

If we lose..u get grienke gm 5 and have ryu/nolasco start gm 1 if u win gm 5 but get kersh on normal rest. ..either way...u dont get kersh for 3 starts in the nlcs unless its on short rest.....
itd be gms 1 and 5 or 2 and 6...in theory.
 
I worry about Claw not being fresh for the NLCS series if he does pitch today :frown:

Greinke and Ryu struggles had me a bit shocked and frustrated. :smh:

Pitch count becoming a concern........lets get clay through 6+ with a lead and turn it to wilson/KJ.
 
Uughhhh...bread n butter guys leaving guys stranded...I knew not to underestimate freddy garcia........hes wiggled out of multiple jams.
 
goddamnit. gonzales needs to make up for that error. and ellis for that throw :smh:

feeling uneasy.
