Speaking of isotopes, alex guerrero played LF..so 2B, SS, LF...looks like they really wanna find a place for him. 26 mill...Might as well. Now that turners back, im down as soon as they consider him ready in sept for a call up or even for rojas to get him some meaningful burn.

Happy it's going to be a giants/dodgers race ending the season it's been so long. It's great for us fans the city and the rivalry .. May the better team win

Gallardo has an option...

Lester and scherzer r the best FAs this offseason as well as hanram and headley..

Others include nelly cruz/panda sandoval among others....scherzer will get a grienke type deal which I wouldnt do...his velo will continue to dip as well as the effectiveness.

Word...yall swept us earlier so I couldnt say ish..whats funny...yall r missing critical pieces like pagan/belt/cain/scutaro so although im happy about the weekend, I can't get too excited cuz itll come down to the end and hopefully both squads r at full strength so no excuses.
 
Lester has said he would go back to the Red Sox after this season if he's traded anyway, so for sure he's a rental. Wouldn't give up too much for a starter (even if he is ace material) when the offense scuffs so damn much. And decent back of the rotation guys available?

I really think ned for the most part is gonna stand pat except an under the radar bullpen arm perhaps or some bench help..maybe some waiver deals b4 aug 31st. Im sorry, trading kemp for lester and eating more than half his salary doesnt make sense to me. Price's return isnt worth it. The only deal id entertain would be ethier and a couple of B level prospects for lester while eating a large part of dres contract. But boston aint gonna do that so theres no point.

Would any of yall do a dre/urias or dre/lee/reed deal for lester, a probable rental but possible #3 hypothetical playoff rotation guy...plus eat alot of dres salary?
