I thought the blurbs from Kasten post-BOS trade was the trade was made to fill the big squad with talent in the short term, while focusing on replenishing the farm? And he's repeated this many times-- so why does the press and Amaro speak stupidity?
 
dodgers out of the price, hamels, lester sweepstakes. unwilling to give up pederson, seager, or urias.

good to know that the team is committed in keeping and developing their top prospects.

are there any other names on the market we can go after? maybe some guys to shore up our bullpen?
 
The kids in the farm (Pederson, Seager, Urias) must feel pretty good about the front office's confidence in them. Hopefully it makes them proud to be part of the blue.
 
Few years ago probably would've gave up those prospects for less I'm glad things are headed in the right direction :pimp:

Has anyone noticed matt has changed his stance a tad bit...his front leg a big more open. As yall know, hes best when driving the ball to the gaps/center and /center-right. But hes spraying the ball everywhere lately. Lovin it.

Good catch vindeezy, definitely a noticeable tweak in Matt's stance. His left foot is definitely positioned in a different spot.

Here I was thinking it was the beard/mohawk.

Kershaw going to be out there trying to throw 14+ K's tomorrow after Greinke's beauty of a game tonight.

Yes, lets not discount zacks performance cuz he had a no-decision. He was spectacular.

Yeah, I noticed Mattys hawk is gettin a lil viscious..lol
 
Gingerboy has been real underrated for us this season. Nice pickup this season, Ned.

Gonna try to go to tomorrow's game. Gotta get that bobblehead and KershGAWD
