How could Ethier return any value with that extension? Especially the way he's been hitting.

Mattingly has been going off with the players and front office, some are saying he wants to get the boot, but I really hope it lights a fire under those guys.

Tim Wallach more than likely. Despite what most think Ethier does have some value. Dodgers will have to pick up the tab for some of of those back end years. When Ethier becomes an $18 million platoon player.

Just another baffling example of why Coletti still has a job.

Schmidt, Pierre, Jones, Guerrier, League, Ethiers extension, Uribe... and always comes out on the wrong end of deals.

Tomorrow...blanton and ryu...my concern is ryu vs all the power righties of the angels..hopefully, we touch up blanton for about 3-5... I suspect craw..dre and ellis back in the lineup..and id think uribe and cruz will consist of the left side unless puntos back is fine...

Grienke has had 2 bad starts, need him to get it going.

Uribe has been on it and Van Slyke needs to be in the lineup everyday until his bat cools off. I can see Matt getting benched for one of these games, it was absolutley difficult to watch him at the plate reminds me of his first season swinging at any ball.

Dont look now, but ryu is now 6-2 with a 2.89 era...all star worthy, imho..gonzo, kersh, ryu..outstanding, efficient performance by hyun-jin...

Tomorrow, weaver should be on a pitch count of about 90ish....so the key is to work counts and capitalize if hes pounding the zone...I dont have much faith in Cap anymore so scoring early is key, keep it close and get to the halo bully, whos had thier share of issues. Our bully is rested after tonights shutout..

I want both in anaheim, but based on the pitching matchup, id be content with a split. Curious to see if donnie continues with uribe amd cruz on the left side and if SVS will DH both gms.

Couple notes from the game tonight: Kemp needs some more time to get back into shape, he'll turn it around so we all have to be patient key word PATIENT.

Ryu looked AMAZING. Day by day he's locking that NL ROY down 6-2 with a 2.89 ERA? I'll take that!

And Mr.115 finally came through tonight very refreshing to see Cruz produce. It's been a great series so far, so hopefully the blue crew can gain more momentum

Im fine with matt DHing...My only fear is Skip playing center (and being in the lineup) :/. Craw isnt going to play center. Man, id love to a Puig trial run....Pederson is trade bait to me....puig, seager and lee untouchable. Pederson and Reed to be used as chips at deadline in case cap/lilly arent cutting it (highly likely come july 31st). Kemp was taken out, so they say, strictly as a precaution. So I expect him in center...same lineup as last night except with SVS 6th and ellis 7th, "papi" 8th and cruzer 9th.
