Sweeney, don't think he has a place in the organization with Kendrick, Saeger, ****, Turner all pretty much locked in for the middle infield/backup spots in 2016. Not to mention, they might keep Utley if he does well. Infield is already deep. Sweeney will get a shot immediately with the Phillies. Would be nice to get an arm, but not many available, unless you want James Shields and his backloaded deal plus the Padres always want more due to it being an intra-division deal.
I still think there is some house cleaning to be done, if they somehow manage to go all the way this year, that will be awesome. Not expecting it though. Team has had holes, it's either one thing or the other.
Focus on keeping Greinke, try to shed Ethier and/or Crawford, get some solid but not overpriced relief arms... new coaching staff ().
