Lots of problems lately with the different Japan companies. As I discussed with Alp, Remambo only seems to work on the weekends if messaged directly, which essentially affects every single Bape release. As for Pondon, as much as I like the site in general, she responds to emails like 10% of the time, and the few that are responded to are done so with like a 5 day delay. It's more than an annoyance if you need to contact them with a timely question that involves things like your order, payment problems, glitches on their site, etc. You're essentially out of luck. I think it's a one person operation, so it's the price of doing business.

Yea, pondon just said they put the wrong picture up for one of my orders and is asking me what I want so who knows how that will get sorted out

And it was probably me who ordered that shirt before you, I'm dealing with some nonsense with pondon myself at the moment but like you said in terms of resell it's one of the best options
