Yeah, it was Neshek. He probably just wasn't feeling it. I kept switching between the Warriors game and the A's game, so I don't remember too well.

I wonder what was up with Cedeño. :x He basically ruined the game for the Astros, along with the Astros horrible hitting. They're trying to break strike out records.

Any word on Anderson? I haven't looked anything up or followed up after the game yesterday, but he tried to bare hand two balls that right back at him.

They're saying thumb contusion, nothing major.

I'm excited to play a real baseball team now after watching that pathetic franchise for 3 games. We played well overall, but the Astros suck so bad it's hard to tell whether we're really THAT good.
 
Jered Weaver cracked his elbow and is out for the next 4-6 weeks. I wonder if that includes the rehab start he'll need to get back in game shape.

A tough blow for the Angels, sucks it had to happen. But it's definitely true that I'd rather suffer injuries early on (such as we are now) than to be dealing with them later).
 
We need to take advantage with him out 4-6 weeks. It's very early but I'd love to get some cushion in the division.
 
We were going to skip him anyway in this upcoming series with them. We play them again at the end of the month in Oakland and not again until the second half of the season.
 
I'm not neccessarily talking about facing him. I'm just saying that there rotation had a bunch of questions coming into the season and with Weaver down they could be in trouble. If they struggle, I really hope we can stack on the wins.

Nice match-up tonight with Parker vs Wilson, let's hope Jarrod can keep those walks down.
 
I can't stand him either. Anyways, very nice 1st inning. :pimp: Big hit by Moss, I was gonna be heated if we only got 1 there.

Something is wrong with Parker. They need to pull him, I can't watch this fool right now, horrible :x.
 
He needs to find his way into the fifth inning at least. Maybe Straily should be recalled and Parker sent down?
 
I'm sure they are trying to get him into the 5th but I have a bad feeling with leaving him out there. 7 hits and 3 walks in 3 innings? :smh:
 
That was the worst outing of Parker's career. Not 1 positive thing came from it. He looked SO BAD, I hope he's not hurt...
