Is Chris Bosh the most underrated clutch player?

That game winner against the spurs last night is getting a lot of buzz but I think most people underrate this guy in the clutch. That type of clutch from him is nothing new. Who remembers a year ago when Lebron and Wade were both out and he hit a game winning three to beat the Hawks? I also saw a recent stat saying he leads the league in fourth quarter fg%. In Toronto he was also reliable in late game situations. When given the opportunity to take the last shot in a game, he is top 5 in effectiveness in my opinion. What do you guys think?

1) Kobe
2) Durant
3) Chris Paul
4) Carmelo
5) Bosh?

List is invalid without Dirk. Dirk and CP3 are 1 and 2 in my book.

Completley forgot about Kyrie. Dude is a monster in crunch time.

Dirk hasn't been very clutch this season so he's not top 5.

Other players that could be in the top ten:

JR Smith
Joe Johnson
Paul Pierce
Rudy fu--ing Gay

Dirk is by far without question the most clutch player in the league my opinion soo yeah I guess he's underrated.

Dirk prior to this year was no doubt a top 3 clutch player, but with the way he's been playing this season the Mavs have been resorting to OJ over him for most of the season so far. It might be cause Dirk's not completely healthy, but that game winner he hit the other night is a good indication he's still got something left.

Man I've lost of the close games the Mavs have played and Dirk would be something like 7/11 from the field and some how he wouldn't get the ball in crunch time.

The Mavs aren't going to OJ, OJ and Mike James are going to OJ or turning the ball over.

Kobe to answer the question.

Chris Bosh had been overlooked since he had dreads. Toronto being an expansion team and all, nobody watches their games then and now. Chris is definitely legit though.

Bosh is definitely up there... So is Kyrie & Joe Johnson. They've all been coming up big in the clutch this season.

That's for underrated... We all know guys like Kobe, Dirk, Pierce, CP, etc all have been big down the stretch their whole career, so they would still top the list as far as all around best clutch players.

When LeBron went to Miami, some said we would get robbed of his ceiling because his shine may get muddled down by other great players.

That's been more of an issue for Bosh than LeBron though.

Clutch is such an overrated term in basketball.

All players miss most of their "clutch" shots. People just have selective memory when they make them.

I remember a stat that ESPN had that didnt even put Kobe in the top 10 players as far as "clutch" goes

And they just used the numbers not emotion or selective memory.

With the game on the line
