HANNIBAL NBC | S3, Ep13 "The Wrath of the Lamb" 8/29/15 10/9c

To me if she was helping her father that trauma of almost getting killed wouldn't block out those 8 or 9 months of her helping her father. That's some selective trauma blocking. Maybe if she was almost killed like the girls were but just with the knife wound wouldn't be so convenient.

I think or I'm leaning towards her manipulating them and she was helping her father the whole time due to her saying that she didn't honor her kill so it was just murder.

Great 3rd episode. I'm really liking the creepy vibe... don't see that on network TV.

The reporter chick is annoying, but you need characters like her to stir $%!& up...

So... did Abigail help her father kill? Maybe she knew, but from the trauma of being almost killed, blocked it from her mind? Her "dream" with the dead-girl's head... was probably something that really happened, but that she chose to forget?

And FYI... Holly Deveaux.

Yeah, I'm like, tense during the entire episode usually haha. That music and those nightmare scenes got me :x

That scene where she opened the pillows and found hair was nasty as hell!

I think Abigail is very evil. She just plays the "innocent girl" angle really well due to her psychopathy. She is more cunning than she is leading the rest on IMO.

I feel like the show is already running out of ideas

Yeah, well I'm thinking, are they going to catch Lecter this season? I mean, how hard is it to assist the cops when you are one of the killers? I get that he's a master manipulator and psychological mastermind, but let's not act like Will Graham is a hack

What got me most was that they immediately went with a psychopathic killer that also eats parts of his victims. Way too in your face blunt straightforward predictable typical reminds you of the movie. Only difference is dude who is doing it treats his victims like game to hunt and "honor" cuz he's eating it. Sorta like those earthy hippy guys who pay respects to nature and thanks it when he uses it in that "spiritual" lame way.

Sucks they're taking out as an ep as well since it seems they're short on creative takes on this premise. I really think at this point I'm just watching until the final season of Dexter comes back.

It's only been 3 episodes. :nerd:

I thought I was quick to judge.

This last episode felt weird, because it's something you'd expect near the season finale, but that's just the choice they made.

The episode was hard to watch meaning stay focused, I wanted to turn it off and just read what happened

I think I'm possibly throwing the towel in on this show

It's all so rushed though, and how did that chick not realize it was Hannibal who slammed her head into the wall

Well she didn't have a chance to even see who slammed her head against the wall. It happened fast and bam she's out. When she regained consciousness all she knows is someone slammed her head.

Well going off how they went back in the house she should have automatically remembered that Hannibal was right behind her before she got knocked out. Common sense would say if I got knocked out from behind he should've been knocked out first (unless he just let the kid go past him and go for her first) and if that happened I should've heard him get knocked out before I did. Any other variation of that scenario would result in her noticing or hearing something that'd alert her before she got got unless the boy they blamed it on had a silencer and took out Hannibal and then knocked her against the wall before he fell to the ground.

That scene was very dumb.

Exactly how I felt I was like "wait they are serious?"

So they are airing the original 4th episode are a cut-up web episode so viewers don't lose the character plot. If you watch the video they Executive Director hints at people looking elsewhere to see the full episode since it will be airing in other markets, just not the U.S. This is pretty lame. Also, I couldn't find the specific place on NBC's Hannibal site to see the cut-up episode as they come out. They should have released the full version online, or at least made the cut-up version one complete video. They are literally making people have to work to see a mashed up episode... not good.

lol done with this series. The whole episode 4 debacle did it for me. A brand new show doesn't have the leeway for this kind of incompetence.

I really dont care about this show, but that girl in your avy :smh: :x :smokin

wow really with the web episodes? Acting like the show is that great, viewers will actually go online try to watch installments of a 1 hr show. :x :smh:

The more I think about it, the more I believe NBC pulled the episode on purpose basically for marketing purposes because maybe the ratings were declining. And what better way to get some much needed publicity for the show then to say "We pulled episode 4 in respect for Boston due to its insensitive graphic nature." Thus headline articles on the pulling and chatter among the site visitors of tv sites.

If it was THAT bad of an episode, then they would have not put installments online and just jumped to epi. 5 because they originally said epi. 4 was not crucial for the story continuation. Seriously.

From what it sounds like...they cut out all the insensitive to what happened in Boston stuff, and just left the parts that would make the season-long character stuff make sense from episode 3 to episode 5. And since that'd only be like 10 minutes worth of stuff outside of the case of the week, they put it online, cuz there's nowhere else really to play it.

Google "Gina Carano reindeer costume"... you're welcome.

Did anyone find the whole unaired episode anywhere? :nerd:
They say it aired intrenationally so maybe someone uploaded it.

I'm mad everyone except Bella eats anything he puts in front of them. Jack is at this dudes house eating everyday.

Haven't read any of the comments on the latest episode (5). As I live in Asia, and despite getting the show on a local network a week later, I usually download the episodes cuz they're in HD. Interestingly enough, our local network is airing episode 4 next week. Dunno if I should wait for that before watching episode 5 (which I have already downloaded), or just watch them out of order. Hmmm.

Yoo im watching the current episode and this show is wild :wow:

The gore in it is crazy :x

But the cinematography is top notch :smokin

I give it :D :D :D :D /5

Catch me next time on Emoto-rate
