At least use some damb periods or commas. If all of what you say is true, then it may have been a murder. People in here automatically jumping to murder and race accusations after the first post are still idiots in my eyes.
 
It's also students reporting that a student informed them and that gym even though it's not used has cameras it catches kids having sex smoking doing drugs ect but it some how missed this whole incident I believe the kids who actually go to school there over what the media presents

Agree 100% Not just his family but all of his friends think he was murdered too.  The police seem to be covering something up though.    Most of the facts don't add up.    I wonder who was the last person who saw him and if he or someone in his family had some type of beef with somebody.   Also in them smaller towns it's easier to pay off the cops.   Tons of questions remain yet the police won't answer 1 of them.   Maybe people from all over the country should start calling up the police department demanding answers.
 
I have a question about this also. If the body was wrapped in the mats for hours, and swelled to that size wouldn't there have been a smell due to decomp?
 
I dunno man, it could be foul play or it could be something really stupid and the school just doesn't want to say...

So even if he was on top of the mats and they were rolled loose enough to even fit a person in the middle, and say he did drop his shoe inside. How does one jump to the conclusion that he fell in reaching for the shoe? How exactly would/could a person "reach" into the bottom of an 8 foot mat? It's like, you know you arm is not 8 feet long, you know your whole body is not 8 feet. You know logically that you will have to put your whole body inside the mat face first to be able to reach the bottom. And I think it would be pretty obvious to anyone that you would not be able to get back out of the mat if you did that. You lift the mat up and get our shoe from the bottom, you don't dive in face first all by yourself. Makes absolutely no sense.

Also, I find it hard to believe you can go anywhere in a High School during third period and not come across a single person for the rest of the day, especially in the gym. Had he been yelling for help, even someone walking by the gym should have been able to hear

Yeah, if a bunch of those were all packed in tight and rolled up like that upright, I don't see how you would get out if you fell down the middle of one. You aren't gonna rip that material. I guarantee you I could loosen one of those up enough for his dad to fit into it. So they are saying that he wasn't found in the mat at all?

Bro, did you see that kids face? I am utterly shocked at that fact that you, among others, seriously feel that suffocation/hanging upside down could lead to that type of inflamation and swelling.

You honestly believe that this may have been an accident?

And once again Jchambers, the guy who doesnt believe in white privledge, is dismissing the fact that this may be racially motivated.

I agree that there isnt enough evidence of such an intent but it cannot be out ruled.

Let me preface this by saying that there is more to this story than the kid just getting trapped in a mat and dying.  I'm not going to speculate who did that to him.  It was more than an accident.

I will say that I have experienced first hand somebody dying and their face getting swollen up and bruised like that.  My aunt fell and hit the side of her head on the bed and was unconscious for two days in her apartment.  By the time someone found her, her face looked nothing like herself and she later died at the hospital. 
 
He was found around 8:30 - 9:30 am the next morning and I know the death didn't occur during the school day for the simple fact he would not be the only student with access to that area even if the gym he was found in does't get used so that mean the swelling occured less than 24hrs after the incident

RIP to the dude and condolences to his family. That could be any of us if we were in a small town like that.
 
It's takes 20 to 30 min to die with blood rushing to your head. If he climbed up 8 feet of mat, I have to believe if he got suck he would start swaying to make the mat tip over.

Since no autopsy yet since Jan 10... seems to be foul play

JChambers seem to be attacking other opinions.. not sure why? 
 
It's clear as day to me that the kid was murdered. However, if he was, there is still  no evidence whatsoever to support that the death of the kid is a result of a racially motivated event. People need to stop crying wolf and applying the race card when it is unwarranted. This just makes us (I am Black) lose credibility when we use it in situations where it is completely warranted. However, the work of the police is a completely different situation. If that was the son of one of those police officers or even the governor of Georgia, I'd easily bet both of my kidneys that the investigation process would be completely different Why????  I think we all know the answer to that...

I never out ruled anything.How many deaths have you personally seen that resulted from hanging upside down? Let's see the picture resources you are using to base your belief that his appearance is different from others who have died that way.
I'm the last person in here to defend the police. I know that they kill people all the time and cover it up, for all types of reasons. However, there is no proof whatsoever that it was racially motivated. I said anything is possible, but there is not enough proof and the info in that article does not support a conspiracy theory where the KKK murdered this kid and the police covered it up. Ya'll acting like people don't die in weird ways all the time. First comments in the thread are "there is no way this wasn't racially motivated", or "KKK had to be involved". You know how stupid that sounds? I am not gonna' jump to ridiculous conclusions just because some of you think it is "politically correct" to blame everything on a white conspiracy.

Dude in here was saying that they found a shoe, but that it might not have been his. That's not substantiated though. Nothing in this thread is. What is obvious to you, might not be obvious to others. It is possible that he was murdered, but the evidence so far is not compelling.
