Something Isn't right about Kendrick Johnson Death....................

This case is nothing like Trayvon Martin. Trayvon was straight up hunted down and murdered. I can't even see that being disputed.

This dude ain't "white" though:

Where's your evidence he was haunted down? Records state followed and an altercation rose from Trayvonn asking why he was following him the only thing that makes this racial is the 911 call Zimmerman made and even then you could say he was stereotyping and you can't see it being disputed but yet it was and still is in the process of being disputed because some feel the same way you feel on this thread about this story Some feel Trayvonn provoked Zimmerman into thinking he had a weapon although I believe your view on the case prove it true

No. Trayvon Martin was walking down a street in his own neighborhood. Zimmerman had no right whatsoever to even ask him what he was doing, much less accost him or provoke a physical altercation. Trayvon was unnarmed and Zimmerman murdered him with a firearm. There is no excuse or explanation for that. Zimmerman was a wannabe cop who saw a young black man walking down the street and automatically assumed he was a criminal.

He has African heritage. Being racist towards blacks does not make you "white". There are numerous Mexican, Puerto Rican, Asian, etc. people who are racist also.
never said that  lol I know it doesn't matter what race you are you can be a racist towards another race or religion.  And if we all go way back all Whites have African heritage in their blood just like Blacks have some White in their blood.  No one in our country is a 100% of one race.

But lets keep it about the case.

Fact the body did have lacerations and bruising and the sheriff said Kendrick's body didn't.  From all of the other suspicious things that have happened in this case it is starting to look like the sheriff is trying to cover something up.   Why?

This white privilege argument has been beaten to the ground on here. The other thread explored every damb aspect of it from every perspective and went on for many pages. It's still there for anyone who cares to visit it or bring it back from the dead, I won't be joining you all over there. The coroner issue is fishy. Did the Coroner and the Sheriff have some sort of previous political beef? Are any medical professionals arguing that his face shows signs of beating, or that his body shows signs of foul play?
The Coroner stated to news sources on the Jan 11 he wasnt notified right away as Ga law states should happen the news source just released that statement yesterday No beef just people know the sheriff is corrupt The sheriff took it upon himself to handle investigation of the case on his own also releasing cause of death statements before an autopsy was recieved The face from the sheriff is result of the autopsy where he was cut for examination the swelling is from hanging upside down for 15-19 hrs The sheriff did not notify his parents right away of him being found nor did they get to view him until 2 days later

It's a strange situation. In a small town like that, I wouldn't be surprised if the killing was done by the child or children of prominent people in the town, which could lead the police to try to cover it up. If the case goes mainstream, I am sure that a lot more info will be released.

Yeah, all of that is suspect, I never disputed that. What do his parents think happened to him? Who do they think murdered him and why?

Neither do you. I said that anything is possible, but the evidence presented is not overwhelming. All I'm doing is exposing the ignorance in some of these posts in here. I never said that it was proven. I said that it is possible that he was murdered, but the evidence is not overwhelming and there is zero evidence that it was racially motivated, while others stated that it is definitely a racial murder. A lot of the cats in here screaming racism over this murder are the same ones who are gonna' get pulled over ,while smoking weed, with an expired tag and no license, for speeding and say that they were profiled for their race. Also, I'm not even gonna' read a post that has zero punctuation. Sorry.

Dude, you had me up until the last assumption. I agree that neither of us know the real story, as of yet, and so it is all speculation.

Now when you stereotype an internet persona, who you dont know personally, it only makes you look foolish. The people that you are generalizing could very well be college educated, upstanding individuals that happen to feel that this was racially motivated.

I agree with you that nothing was established. But you can't tell someone who has been through it, to not assume such a thing may be possible.

Your not black, so you trying to justify how black people should feel is comical. I strongly dislike when someone of a different group of people tell others how to react.

Im not gay, so I cant tell any gay person how to feel on a certain topic

That's your opinion and mine as well but also in Flordia they have a law that goes against what you said and yet you still can't prove that Zimmerman is a racist the point is you can't really prove a hate crime unless it is on the record saying that person has hate towards a certain race or what not honestly I really feel he will get off on that law if the jury selection is favored because it's a lot of people that see it differently than us

Good idea.
I think he was trying to show how ridiculous it is (I hope) to jump to all of these random conclusions with zero evidence. Kendrick either died in a strange freak accident, or he was murdered and the police are covering it up. I can't call it at this point.

Yes. No one was throwing rape in here. I swear, people must be reading every other word.

THANK You and I am all those points you listed but the fact is if you haven't lived in the area don't say it doesn't exist I grew up 30 minutes away and I know that it is real We had an incident in high school where a white kid called a math class he was in the N word and what not Just so happened after class a black boy beat him down in the hall way to the point he needed medical attention but the black boy was charged with assult the white boy was made a victim of bullying and the 10 white kids was allowed to transfer to a better school and this occured in 2008

That's the big question his family wants answers for but for some reason the police are trying to cover the case up.  I'm sure the FBI is gonna step in soon.  From what his friends and family say he wasn't in any beefs with anyone so they don't know why he was murdered.  That's why some of his friends and family think it was a hate crime.      The sheriff continues to say he got stuck in the mats upside down and died but theirs a lot of facts that say otherwise.

You and the others who jumped to the KKK conclusion are the only ones looking foolish up in here.Telling people how to feel? But you are telling me that I should feel that the issue is racial, even though no evidence has been presented to reach that conclusion? Anybody who automatically jumped to a racial conclusion over that original article has some personal issues that they need to work out. I never said that it wasn't possible! How thick is your skull? Do you even read the posts that you are replying to? If they are "college educated, upstanding citizens" and they automatically jumped to the conclusion that the KKK covered up a murder from the info in that article, then their degree isn't worth the paper it was printed on.

He was mistakened for somebody else the boys that beat and murdered him thought he was somebody else

I get what you were doing.  you were being sarcastic about what could have happened but there are facts that say he was murdered.  Not just assumptions.  Photos showed lacerations and bruising on his dead body.  The Sheriff said there was none.   Obviously he is lying and trying to cover the murder up.   Even the local coroner in the case has questions as to how he died.  Also the Sheriff has been involved in racially charged incidents in that city since the 1970's.   African Americans were  found dead in the local jail yet they were ruled accidents just like this case.  People still have questions about the deaths in that jail that have still gone unsolved.   Now this.   So  when you piece all the facts together it looks like it's racially charged.

I don't have to prove that he was racist. It is irrelevant. Murder is murder, no matter what race was involved. He approached and shot an unarmed man without provocation or fear for his life. The Stand Your Ground Law is about self defense. It applies to situations where you are attacked, and the only way to defend yourself is through deadly force. Trayvon was not on Zimmerman's property, nor was he attacking him. Zimmerman approached and accosted Zimmerman, which he had no right to do in the first place. People do try to justify it, but that just exposes their racism. The common excuse that I have heard is "there were a lot of breakins in the area by young black males, and Trayvon argued with and assaulted Zimmerman when he approached him". This is nonsense because Zimmerman had no right to even approach Trayvon in the first place, much less while he was in possession of a firearm. He was not a law enforcement officer in any capacity, and had no right to question or investigate anybody walking down a public street. The facts are simple in the Trayvon case, they are blurry in this particular situation.

At this point, if your statements are true, then it is reasonable to believe that the murder could have been racially motivated.

Link to show some of the racism in this community.  I'm looking for the link that I found yesterday that talked about blacks being found dead in the county jail.

Find the post that I made regarding this childs death? I said it seemed as if he was murdered. By asking people to post the pictures of someone that died from hanging upside down, you showed that you havent seen a dead person due to such an occurence.

Basically you are asking me to do what you arent doing yourself. You want me to look at this with an open mind. Once again, Ive never stated that this was race related. But your stereotyping people that have an opinion. Didnt say I agree with them but I strongly dislike you trying to prove them wrong when you dont know the answer.

You are claiming to neutral on the subject, while overwhelming evidence shows that you have an agenda. Be neutral homie.

Btw you never answered my statements regarding your position on white priviledge.

I already stated that I haven't seen pictures of someone who died that way, and that I don't know what they would look like. Neither does anyone else in this thread. Have you even read my posts in here? I have covered everything that you have mentioned numerous times. The burden of proof lies on the people stating that he appears to have died from being beaten , not from hanging upside down. I never stated anything as fact. I avoid ridiculous speculation though, especially when it includes automatically resorting to pulling the race card. In all of my posts I said that anything is possible, but the evidence doesn't point in that direction. I am not the one making assumptions here. You can go to the other thread and see all of my opinions on the subject of "white privilege". I'm not gonna' rehash it here. It's been done to death.

I guess I should just tow the party line and assume that anytime someone who is black dies in the South, its a KKK coverup, and that all white people are rich racists who conspire to keep other races down. That's the only type of mentality that some of you can relate to and agree with.

Nobody here is doubting the fact that racism is still alive and well in Georgia. Please believe that.

Its already a fact that his body had lacerations and bruising on it.   U don't get lacerations from being stuck upside down for less then 24 hours.

That is true. If the medical examiners have ruled that his body shows signs of a struggle, other than being stuck upside down in the mat, then that should be the focal point of any article on the case, and it should be the main piece of evidence that proves he was murdered.

Not just the state but the city this took place in.   The African American community of that town believes his case was handled improperly due to the fact that he was African American and it's already been proven as a fact that the sheriff handled the entire investigation wrong.  So I wouldn't say I'm jumping the gun when I say it sounds like its race related.  That's not some baseless assumption that's my educated guess.    I have several facts to back up my statement.
