EBT thing is fake, 3000 w alameda ave burbank ca 91523 is the location for NBC Studios; where they film "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno." The phone number matches the studio.

In a way yes it is. EBT card are debit cards which is why u can take money or use to purchase. In my hood ladies be in the 99 cent store buying non groceries all the time. as long as the store/atm take Quest
