If I had a nickel for every person that has said "LeBron 11 was a flop" and "he didn't even wear them," I'd have a lot of nickels.  

The only part that truly bothers me about people calling them a "flop/failure" is most have never even set foot in a pair, they can't get past LeBron having issues with them.  

To me the XI will go down as an all time favorite, initial launch of the KP was amazing, All-Stars, the ease of grabbing them, was all good in my book.

Exactly. Lebrons have historically gone on sale when they weren't limited. This model is no different.
Heck I remember getting Freegums for 55 or so and black 4s for $20

damn...I thought I got a deal for 75 for the freegums. They dipped to 55? :x

would have tripled up at that price if I saw it.

Yea it was either that or 40 something. My friend hooked it up with his nike discount.

It's so true, people jump to comparisons between the 9 vs 10 and 9 vs 11, and forget that just about every colorway of the 9 that wasn't Cannons, Big Bangs or Miami Nights, went on sale, and some like Scarfaces, Freegums, SLH, blackouts, aways, all hit outlets in a major way.  Not like shoes that hit outlets now, we are talking MAJOR discounts, prices in the $60-$85 dollar range for a pair in a lot of colorways of the 9's.   And that's with the 9 "apparently" being everyone's recent favorite.
