I'm still tryna figure out who comes up w/ these prices??? I thought the price of stuff comes from it's rarity??? If everyone has it then where does the prices come from???

Just an assumption but likely a price is set high (sometimes too high but generally rounds out to a resonable h/o) while hype is high and will fluctuate according to how much people are paying. i.e. those 2k14s were set high but folks stop paying that much so price dropped but as they dropped sellers peeped and raised the price back up. As was mentioned by somebody previously
