Steph Curry Appreciation .... Greatest All Time Shooter When he's Done

Your username is fitting. It bothered you less someone called him the GOAT? Better than the guy you're comparing him to right here?

And yes Jordan absolutely had a better pull up from mid range. It's not even a question.
and your proof is??? if you mentioned guys like Bernard King or Adrian Dantley ... then i'd be like hmmm i have to think about that ... but Jordan ... stop it ... deadly

did i have time to quote all the nonsense in here ... nope ...apparently you didn't peruse my comments and you glossed over many false statements line ... i selected a few statements to comment on ... pull your skirt up ...

btw ... let's not confuse mid range with all 2 point shots ... Jordan very good

but you had cats like Stockton, Hornacek, Bird, Price, Allen, Miller, Dirk, Mullin ... dudes that were just money ... w/o the stats it really is all just a debate ...

And everyone probably thought he was trolling.

Point being, Steph Curry was thought of to have glass ankles and someone who would never reach his ceiling.  And at the time, we were rumored to have shot down trades for Chris Paul and Rajon Rondo (while dumping Andris Biedrins and his ridiculous $11M a year contract.  Anyone would have done those potential trades at the time.

Granted, I couldn't be happier to have been wrong and am glad our front office stuck to their guns.  But its not nearly as laughable as you guys are making it out to be.

Bingo!

All these dudes now acting like they knew Steph was going to be THIS great, when really, ALL of you thought the best he'd be was Steve Nash lite, IF even that. Be real.

im sure people predicted he'd be a star. but i doubt anyone predicted he'd be this good. he's doing things we've never seen before. not even just on the stat sheet, but just when you watch the way he plays.

Maybe not this good...but you dudes were acting like he was trash and really wanted to build around Monta Ellis.

I don't think anyone thought he was trash but for me personally, I wanted to build with Monta because Steph was showing signs of being a injury prone player. Every year he was having ankle issues.

To top it off, he constantly made stupid *** turnovers, was weak on D and had not had any clutch moments up to that point. He wasn't showing he was this unstoppable scorer either up to that point. So with all that said, I didn't feel I could trust him.

On top of that, Monta was a fan favorite because he ALWAYS played hard, night in and night out, which even JA was able to realize after having Monta on his team in Dallas that first year.

I'm definitely glad we were all wrong though but Monta "will always be a Warriors" to me.

Again this mostly false. Dubs fans were always hella critical of Monta on here. Nobody thought it was viable to build around Monta. He was a beast and fan favorite though.

Never thought Steph woulda played this well, I was in the group that was pissed we traded monte  tough pill to swallow, especially not being able to see bogut until the following season. Love monte for giving his all (except for that stupid *** moped accident) and he'll always be a dub to a lot of fans.
