official 2014 jordan brand release prediction thread

Everything I'm saying is word of mouth. I just trust my source word. I hope he will drop a pic of the sample in these thread to ease the minds of the wanted. I honestly believe a lot of people will be disappointed. Trust me, what carried the OG/2001 pair of Columbia 11s were the mold of the shoe. The 2012 sample almost looked like a totally different shoe. Mabey JB changes the mold it will come out. We will see concords with a "45" on the back before we see columbias

if only the mold carried the shoe why did it retro in 2001? your not making any sense its not like there's no demand for it the shoe damn near has a cult following. Hell its my holy grail. its really just a concord with white pt and a columbia jumpman and tongue logo if jb cant get that right in 4 years testing then all their staff should consider suicide

Gentry Humphrey doesn't agree with this statement, Penny has no say so over any off the weather man/galazy/ anything else. Gentry is the only reason why all these foams are coming out. I would save this for the Nike forum tho.

with the current JB executives and Jordan 11 mold= no go

Mold of the Jordan 11 OG and 2001 are different than what you see now

Pretty sure if you compare the mold of the og concords and the many retros for it its not the same... people still buy the damn shoe every time it comes out

and the anniversarys no matter how much they are like the columbias arnt so stop comparing them. annis came out in 2010 pretty far away from 2001 and 1996. Mold shouldnt even be the reason why it wont come out since 2010 3 11s have retroed high so far not including the laney 11s coming out why not just use the same mold? 

You go from because its all white upper to clear soles to the mold make up your mind? 
 
I was just trying to answer a question on why the Columbia 11s aren't coming out, shoe molds and how a shoe is produced is another story. I will go back to the Nike forum. Good luck I hope you guys will finally get some Columbias in 2015.
 
Some anniversary 11s came with a Jumpman "23 to be exact". So the whole no Jumpman on the all whites was a hype move believe. They have a problem making colombia 11s because of new mold shape but not other og color ways that fly off shelves. False. Keeping a shoe all white is the other problem for this company. My anni 11s are still white and I wear them with jeans on regular rotation even balled in them indoor. Bottom starting to yellow but you would think that new blue tint would do wonders for this shoe aesthetically and solve yellowing. If there ashamed of new elevens then now they know how most of us older gents feel. Jordan brand will be dead after the sixes because 7s won't carry 2015 and jordan 16-18 are ok at best mark my words. I'm just happy I have what I want and nothing more. Good luck to the future of us all.
 
A look at the price increases and a the first 3 month of retros.

170 is now retro retail.

Jordan X 

/3 in Jan, 1 in Feb, Powders in March

Jordan 6 

/Infrareds (white) in Feb

Jordan 3 

/1 in Jan & most likely powders in March 

Also Jordan 1 94's and the return of the six rings
 
That sucks that the price will be going up $10. It's not that big if change but when you add in taxes the price is a but higher than what people want. I might just cop the VIs and anything else that grabs my attention next year

100% agree, but are these supposed to be the shadows, are those a new colorway (based off that red on the soles in picture).
 
im pretty sure they arnt the shadows i mean they been keeping the 10s pretty close to og if not just adding that board in the sock liner 

however i think thats the knicks cw towards the end being cut off

That's gotta be the shadow retro. The checkered lining was to be expected. Those stripes on the sole are red, so thats a reasonable change, same color as the heel jumpman. And I'd rather the panel be lighter grey than charcoal like the cdp. Look at og pairs, they were damnnear silver

That makes sense. Next year hopefullly! Chrome 8's would be nice before but dosent look like either are dropping anytime soon now.....
