I think if it does turn out to be intentional it will most likely be by the hand of a homegrown terrorist organization. That, in my opinion, is much more terrifying than it being from the Koreans or Extremists. If someone is willing to do this to their own country they are immensely dangerous.

Moments like these right after a disaster are crucial. It's chaotic and surreal but everyone needs to not go off on a tangent and start randomly starting false rumors for the safety of other lives. Let the officials who have trained for this figure out the situation and let the public aware. Everyone needs to stay alert and listen in to any news given.

im pretty sure it wasn't the usual suspects since they are so peaceful and teach nothing but tolerance and love..
very disturbing and very troubling, nothing is safe anymore.
