Honestly the "fakes" or unauthorized pairs look better overall. Im not even talking about the sole, but the entire cut of the shoe looks better than the 09 Jams. "authentic" 09s had terribly low cut patent leather and didnt look or feel much better than the CDPs that everyone admits are trash.

And if you guys also remember, the midsoles also came with injection marks (the nipple like bumps on the midsole that you had to cut off). the unauthorized space jams didnt have this problem

Honestly everybody should just wait a year or 2 to cop jams. The 09 pairs were probably the worst out of the latest 11 releases imo .and who wants to cop a yellowing pair for at least 300? As you see J's are retroing so fast now that I'd be shock if we didn't see jams again within the next couple of years.

another retro of them is definitely coming in the next couple of years, im nearly sure of it. maybe as soon as next year since it will be five years since they released and alot of the people who just recently got into sneakers missed out

Yeah, here's a pic of my DS pair.

Thing is, Space Jams have never had a blue tinted sole. Even when they first released, they were just clear, no blue whatsoever.

This is why we should WEAR OUR SHOES.

Looking for a pair, so basically a icey pair is not real? Because i cant stand the sole being yellow brand new, yes i know this happens with all shoes but i couldnt get a pair on release day, and i would also like the real deal, been doing this for a long time and these 'unauthorized' variants story is still a mystery to me

If you can't stand the sole being yellow brand new, and also want the real deal...then you can't have Space Jams, simple as that. Either get with a yellowing pair, or wait till they come out again.

THey wouldn't accept his return after getting blasted for selling him fakes? That's lame. One time a local dry cleaner wouldn't return my money or pay for my jeans after messing them up BADLY during an alteration ( a simple hem). I told the owner either give me back my 10 dollars plus 80 for the jeans or you'll come to work one day with no store front windows. I would never actually do that, but he coughed up the money damn quick (those big panes of glass are expensive lololol).

I usually just read past his posts.  I can't take anyone seriously when they can't form coherent sentences/thoughts.  Besides, he uses "da" instead of "the" HAHA

Anyway, although fakes have gotten better over the years, distinguishing them from real pairs has become sort of a science.  There are things to look out for i.e. sole tint, patent leather height, jumpman, etc.  So despite being tedious, authenticating XIs is very possible

Yeah...it's pretty funny how hard he tries to make his points but just keeps failing over and over. Not to mention how more and more evidence keeps surfacing that the shoes are fake...but he just keeps saying "nah man, da joints is real. Dey got real materials and things, so dey real." "Da" issues have been tackled. You just wanna pretend they don't exist. Keep supporting these blue tinted, beige midsoled, sloppily stitched, wrong shape shoes. Did you catch the legit check on those Space Jams the other day? Laughable. It's becoming easier and easier to spot these fakes from a mile away. You always rebut with "JB quality is terrible too sooooo." But what you don't ever mention is how the unauthorized pairs are CONSISTENTLY worse. Leather triangle from sloppy cuts should NOT happen that often, or that many times on one pair.
