So this is what happens when you can't sign The Weeknd... You just create him... Son's like a Weeknd/Future Hybrid....

Drake's artist for his OVO label... Song is kind of hot, but you can tell he's trying to hit those notes like Weeknd, and swagger jack his signing style..

I dig. I get the instant Weeknd comparisons but this dude a variant if we're going to have an honest comparison.

The beat on this goes though.

The Weeknd was a Jeremih+The-Dream hybrid with emo issues and struggle cords. Drake just got that ***** replaced.

not even remotely close to the weeknd... as a matter of fact, it's trash.

drake needs to reconsider this move.

Emo issues? Lol you describe like every singer and Drake included.

To each their own though.

His discography thus far make up for the fact that he might not be the best live singer.

Partynextdoor is pretty much a non lowkey imitation of the Weeknd but if he comes out with more stuff of this caliber I'd welcome it.

Why can't people be original any more?

Dude just sounds like an amalgamation of Weeknd/Drake/Kirko Bangz.

Not very original but the song is cool. Hope he isn't tryna recreate that Weeknd buzz.

Drake should sign Raz Fresco if he's building the label.

...call me crazy but i swear after a decent amount of listens son sounds to me like he hitting every note and doing all the adlibs in a way thats extremely similar to not abel but drake when hes on that r&b tip, to me its started to sound almost like this maybe could have originally been a drake track, sorta like when there was a drake version of "fall for your type" and then it became a single for jamie foxx
