There have been a lot of stealths on sale on eBay lately (got a pair for 180). I think people are starting to sale them for the suedes.

My only problem is how they look on feet... Can you see them from like 15 feet away or do they look just like a black shadow?

Lol I don't even really know I just feel like they are so black that you can't see them unless you're wearing them. I don't know how to word it any better

That was just a standard picture taken off Google. I wear the pro steel toe series (my pair pictured above ) and it has the same gum sole that timberland has always used.

Case in point, the foamposite doesn't hold true to origin at all with a translucent sole. I'm done

Real quick, lemme get this cleared up, you're saying the picture you posted is a translucent sole and not gum? And the foamposite matches this?!

Its not solid, I looked at mine last night. The foam looks more translucent because it's much thinner, but the wheat 6" premium boot does not have a solid gum sole. It's almost an orange/brown color.

i don't think i've ever seen those premuim Timbs before, i've only ever seen the solid gum wheats in person, and i don't keep up with Timb's bcuz it's never cold enough in TX to warrant the need for them, I think the Timposites are fine as is with the sole though a solid gum would've been better
