They are identical sites except one reflects employee pricing and the other doesn't. I've never heard of the site having preferential treatment over normal customers before.
Also, unless you know otherwise, these will probably be regular price unless they don't sell out.

Get hard evidence, like a recording or something, then go straight to FTL corporate.  You'd be amazed at what you can accomplish by calling that toll-free # for the corporate HQ.
 
i could get the foams easily on a friday release.. in person.. but i just dont have a desire for those...
