Exactly, check the website.  They've got fsr still, probably going to be sitting on a fsr as long as they are asking $300 for them.
Which brings me to my original point...this pack sucked for resellers.  For those that missed out on the pack, I'd be patient as I see the price for the pack dropping close to retail price. I'm laughing at the people on local FB groups posting pics of multiple packs for sale...

My complete and total guess would be to scam somebody using that email and make it appear it was the other person scamming him instead
Also the government tries to keep track of email accounts now. I remember when you could sign up for an email account with any name or no name at all. Now they want a phone number and you have to answer the confirmation call before your email account is activated. So yes people are using email accounts for various forms of criminal activity.

that stamp garbage don't hold up.....

call visa if they refuse.....

If they tell you before you purchase and make it written on the receipt that its a final sale then its a bad move to try and file a chargeback or make a stink over them not allowing a return since you knew the terms and conditions before you paid.

If they didn't mention it and have nothing in writing on the receipt then your well within your rights to make a stink with corporate.

I had something similar happen at a Niketown. Dude denied a return with receipt on a pair I found cheaper at another store. Said something about "launch product" but was never informed of this before I purchased and it said nothing about certain return exclusions on the receipt. I called corporate and got the situation rectified but it was an unnecessary situation they could've prevented.

If they make it clear its final sale before you buy though then just let that ride out.

So I was just offered $500 just for the foams. I want to do it, but would like to but them again at a later date and time. Will they foams come out separately?

I would sell them for that price. Especially if FC is only selling for $450.
