If your state has a law of collecting sales taxes whether or not the retailer has a physical presence there, then you'd be charged. They implemented that in NY years ago. >:

So from the looks of it only 3 people got through on NDC? And everyone else can still see a full size run that won't let you add to cart? I think their servers just gave up.
