I was coming in here to say the same exact thing. Repped! The material on them in person I wouldn't buy at a discounted price, it's super super cheap and the shoe looks worse in person.
 
volts are super wack imo.

Why couldn't we get the OG 1997 volt pros retro'ed instead?

No. NIKE knows exactly what they're doing. 

Building "hype", ensuring that more and more people want a specific color way/model. When they feel that the model isn't where it should be then they bring out what you want to suck you back in. You have to be patient and wade through all the BS to get the good stuff. In the mean time, I'm eBay sniping some crazy deals! Keep the wackness alive NIKE, keep on keeping on
 
Golds will be copped

I know it's way too early to talk about hype for the Golds, but let's talk about it? Sneaker pundits weigh in here, what will that release look like? Sell out, pandemonium, chaos or chill pick up?
 
To each their own. I'm a foam head. Got probably 15 or so pairs of foams. And I've never been a fan of the graphics. I mean I wish I owned the galaxies....paranormans are just whatever to me, not a huge fan...and yes I own the yeezy's and I must say. The Volts are pretty dope to me. I actually had bought some spizikes and returned them and was sitting on a gift card, so I picked up the volts. And I actually think the quality is good. It has a weird like detail to it. Almost like crocodile or something. And the color is just so obnoxiously bright that it's actually really dope. I have to admit, these might be one of my favorite pairs of foams. And I own some pretty dope customs...again no graphics but I've had soles
Dyed, laces changed, and stitching changed. My eggplants and pewters are customed. But these volts are fire Tho. Just IMO. Crazy that they haven't sold out. Super hot fire
 
VOLTS WERE A MISTAKE… IDK WHY THEY JUST DIDNT GO WITH THE OG VOLTS… TERRIBLE USE OF HIGHLIGHTER

Maybe it's just me, but the grade school sizes look so cheap. Plastic like.
