That's not stupid believe it or not you are paying for the box along with the shoes.  Most succesful companies are serious about there packaging look at apple.  There boxes are art in there own right and Nike puts some thought into there box designs.  

I am a person who likes to keep his shoes in boxes, I think they stay more organized that way so when a box is damaged that pisses me off.  Part of the appeal of shoes to me is how the box looks, which is why i love the all black boxes that the foams and EXT models this year come in.

incorrect.. shrinkwrap wouldnt work for this application.. one cut and thats over.. i actually cut all of the material to fit the shapes of the placement..
 
wouldn't mind a double up on the mirror foams...

that said, i may grab the knicks today. i think they are drying up and dont want to miss them completely.

I applaud your effort. Tbh they are sound investments and if you do pass things along I'm sure you have all types of good feedback. You shouldn't be picked on like you do. Besides when is it cool to be a poo putt? View media item 1464079

We really need to stop this practice of making people feel good for doing dumb ish, that's apart of the reason youth today are lost, nobody calls them out on the dumb ish for fear of being labeled a 'hater'
No matter how you slice it, shrink wrapping a shoe while you wear it is mad petty and ridiculous, it's basically a statement of either you really can't afford the shoe to wear if you so meticulous about a shoe being dirty or you have a serious anxiety issue

So far from reality and you from AU SMH. This guy can do whatever with his shoes and concerns about that man's pocket is off limits. It's not petty if someone maintain what they spent money on. Just because you have it doesn't mean you have to be reckless. Ain't that's how you keep money? By not having to repurchase shoes because you can. I hope you see the bigger picture
 
I really don't care what people do to something they own, but I don't want to hear about it a thousand times. Plus they are only shoes my own opinion who cares, I have hundreds I'm not stressed over the bottom.

Dude, it's more of people tired of the constant posting about it than what he actually does. At one point, he had pages and pages and page about his iciness consecutively.

We get it. Applauded. Move on.

i agree to a certain extent. shrinkwrapping your entire shoe is going way over the top. but i see no problem with using sole protectors.

J you know I know. I think one good thought out message would do the trick. You can either ignore him and just scroll past. He's getting bullied at this point. That's not fair. Besides what's wrong with protection? Yall make it seem like he bubble boy or something like that. I guess I sympathize too much.

Def not bullied. It's more like enough. I do speak up for him in the right context tho. Check the laser 4 thread.

I've already advised him to create a thread for his iciness in either the sneakershowcase or sneaker art section where he can truly be ice God but he just wants to troll about it in every thread he contributes to.

Word. I miss alot but yeah that seems fair. I knew if murder was bagging on someone then it had to be serious. I hope yall don't scar old buddy. Sometime things are way more important than others deem necessary and we should be fragile to a certain extent.
