Just copped a second pair, but going to return my first pair. Thankfully, I have not worn them outside of trying on so I can return them once my pair from end come in.

That's crazy!!! I was a first time purchaser. What payment method did you use? I used Paypal so maybe that's why mine went through.
Anyways just received my Plats from Villa! Super happy. Box came a little damaged, but don't blame Villa for that one. Probably Fedex's fault. Pristine condition on the shoe's though, never worn.
