yes i do. Immediately.
does it really make a difference to the soles or you just do it because people say to? I just received DS pearl foams that had no paper in the box but they are more yellow than my VNDS worn 1x pair that has the paper in the box.

Yes. Idk if it slows down yellowing or not, but my thinking, it can't hurt. So I trashed all the paper in mine.

I also unfold all my cardboard boxes and put my foams in containers that I buy (just because they'll stack higher and I don't have to unstick to get one out of the bottom)
im thinking about getting those containers but only for foams, and others known to yellow quick etc.

Could have been how the shoe was stored. Light and temperature play a part in yellowing as well.

I love my foamposites. They're pretty much the only shoe I want and hunt down on the regular.

I wouldn't mind them being on ID. Personally, I don't care what nike comes out with or how much they make a mockery of the foamposite line on their own. I know they will not make them like they did prior to 08. Since the shape won't be the same and they are shoving more and more foams in the toilet, at least allow me the opportunity to create some pairs that I want. Even if the options aren't amazing, I can create something that would suffice.

You can't make everyone happy, I know putting a shoe on ID usually "kills" the line, but I think a good amount of people would rather that than not.

foams were still chill in 09 (hoh pearls - caught u slippin  )

Look at the Kobe, KD, Lebron IDs in general.   People are catching collections (10-20 pairs) off Lebron 11 IDs alone this year.

And AM90s and AM1s still going strong.

I don't see ID as killing the line.  Nike can do that easily without IDing a shoe.

Maybe Nike could set a fixed duration to allow people to order ID...then close it off for a season or year or another date to avoid "Flooding the Market".

thats how polyurethane midsoles crack right? These are phylon i believe but id never dry out a shoe for the outsole..
But for the people who  sole-protect their foams.. if you cover the ice bottom to midsole.. they wouldn't never touch the UV light at the rapid-rate as unexposed-ice..

Thats how my Gym Greens were.. they had that reddish color.. they were DS.. had to reice them and they now are press-photo-icey..

I feel like u could make some decent side money buying piss yellow foams and reselling them icey. or any icey sole shoe...

ive thought about that.. it would.. but some of those kicks take MANY MANY MANY sessions.. One of my Fighter Jets.. it took me 3 weeks to restore them.

My XVI's took about 3 days each shoe. and now they look good..

What do you use? Seaglow?

I used Sole Sauce.. but i wanted stronger.. So I made my own retrobright.. Made better results faster..

I wanna use an outdoor setup, but I am all indoor for now. Lights are costly but no sole seperation as the lights are non heating..

Yeah you had to get rid of them while they were in demand. i had three pair for sale and the cheapest i sold them was 350. Them copper foams might have been my easiest come up. i just walked in the store and copped.

I remember when the copper was going $500-600, now i can't even get 300 for my pair lol. All these prints ruined the foam line. Benefits the buyer looking for good pairs, but if this trash keeps dropping I'm out too

Worn 3x on ebay is really like worn 10x.. Can they really be VNDS if the entire logo on insole is faded? How easily the the Nike air logo on the insole fade? After 5 wears? 10?

. there wasn't a release before 08 that wasn't nice. Im not saying ALL of the ones after 08 are trash, I like the PHX suns, Metallic reds, Pines, Gym Greens, Stealths, Crimsons, and a few more. The Fighter Jets and the Army Camo ones I don't mind at all honestly. Now the Thermals, Weatherman.... Thats a diff story

I always thought the pine greens were cool I remember when my friend copped them and I loved the way the green looked on them
