A big ups to NIKE for these foams! I just got mine in and even though I saw a smaller size in person on Saturday, the beauty of the shoe just struck me. I received a real clean pair as well not a hint of a glue stain. Great concept and great execution, couldn't be happier well done Nike well done! Also I will be sad when they change the all black box I love that look.

I hate this flimsy black box. Grabbed my obsidians the other day and damn near punctured a hole through the box with my thumb.

I know what you mean. The box looks nice but I dropped one of my foam boxes and it mashed up the lid on one side instantly.

Man... These are tanks compared to the orange Nike boxes we were getting in like 2010

the brown ones were terrible too.. they are destroyed.. my pewter box and eggplants.. the box is unboxing itsself.. had to get some duct tap to keep it in its box form.Man... These are tanks compared to the orange Nike boxes we were getting in like 2010

My black boxes for now still look great, I will not tolerate this slander on the murdered out box.
Plus the NikeID boxes are by far the shakiest, crapiest boxes nike puts out. My major problem with the black box is the fact that they make them too small. It is ridiculous how hard is to get my size 12 back in the box

yoooo do you have the issue of your foams sticking out the top of the box after u wear em and try to put em back in? its like theyre fit in there perfectly when you buy em. wear em once or twice and you cant fully close the lid on the box anymore. its like my foams stretched to conform to the width of my feet, so now theyre too wide/high for the box to close properly.

if the black box was smoother like the new jordan box the murdered box would work.. too slippery..lol

The brown ones were the worst. Very cheap and they ripped easily. I don't stack them more than 5 high and definitely not at the bottom of a pile. They made 2 versions of the brown box when they first released. One that was like a normal box and one that had these mini pillars to support the corners with less cardboard. Those were the worst. The boxes were also too small for the shoes most of the time n air max 90 boxes were even bigger than foam boxes
