Man, kudos to Gentry and his team for constantly being able to play with my emotions 
They made me actually LIKE a non-black eyestay area on a pair of Foams, just to then take it away and give me what I would've wanted on any other pair. Well done.

Don't like either Knicks color. No gloss finish required to make that orange "pop."

I hope those iceysole photos are customs... as the spike lee's are the ones we need they dont need to alter those 2012 nyc's at all..

Speaking of the stars.. I plan on protecting not only the sole but i need to find a way to protect the foam.. I want no straches.. at least if someone steps on my foam i wont be as pissed if they are protected.. toughest part is cutting anything that matches this crazy foam shape and curvature.

I think the idea behind those Knicks foams is that with a black lace switch they're just orange and black, so maybe an orioles fitted to match? Nike trying to be slick appealing to two of the biggest foam regions. I can't see myself messing with these either way. White foam, royal upper, orange sole and accents would have been an instacop for me.

I'm with you on the soles. I have protectors on all of my shoes (at least the one's I wear).
Idk about the rest of the shoe.

I just wasn't going to say anything and let him and anyone else who does all of that next level **** flourish, but since we're speaking on it; I agree. All of that sole protection/foam protection nonsense is excessive and lame
It's almost ironic to see someone going through these lengths to protect a pair of Foamposites of all shoes.

im actually a old breed.. My thing is this.. i paid alot for my shoes.. I want them to look fresh when i rock them.. at least if they are completely protected if someone accidentely steps on my foam i wont be pissed.. ill be like.. ahh.. im protected.. ill just take off reapply a new coat boom.. Its always nice to go to the store in some kicks ive had for a couple years and i've been rocking them and they are like.. yoo.. your royals are still icey.. and ill let em know ill do your pairs too.. now the shoe gets dust on the other material but that stuff doesnt yellow or anything so i can just brush that out.. i like to rock my stock..and to each its own.. i just dont do yucky iced shoes that are already hard to come by..its not like 1997 where you could go to footlocker footaction champs or athletes foot and grab some and youre good.
