Funny thing is the colorful designs like weatherman etc had good grooves from what I noticed

I have to hurry up and get a pair of the original release. I always start the search, come close, and then stop for some reason.

:lol: at least foams fell of. A few years back ds pairs were going for bread. Now not so much.

i still have my coppers. Them samples look like the foam is going to be soft as crap. nike mess around and put a prm label to them. :smh: :smh:

Reminds me, I really need to stop putting off my glue project for my og royals pros. The soles just came unglued while I was walking in the holocaust museum in DC last year, midway through a tour. :x A foam atrocity in DC of all places, had to limp all the way back to my rental parked on the other side of the mall with tourists everywhere. :frown:

I got my pearl pros for $99.99 the day before the 2011 Royals dropped!!! They had cough drops for $149 that weekend too should have snatched em but I got the Royals instead... should have gotten all 3!!!
 
Those Cough Drops (I really don't remember why the hell they're called this, but man is this a stupid nickname :lol: Was this nickname just created because the red outsole is translucent?) got as low as 80-90 if I remember correctly, so you didn't take any major L by not copping for $150.

That nickname is dumb. They were never called that in 07. I had every opportunity to buy them for $89. And still passed. The shallow grooves with cheap materials = pass. The clear red sole clouded peoples judgement.

07>09,10 (whatever year those came out.)
 
i got og ds pearls and royals both for 275 each, unrelated but i also got og ds columbia xi's for 270.

gotta love when you pay for older kicks what kids pay nowadays for retros
