For those of you that currently own Safari foams, does the base seem to be black or is the base the 3M safari print with the black overlapping it like a netting kinda thing. Just trying to figure out if stripping it with acetone will result in a black foam or an all 3M foam...

Anyone try the acetone on the shooting stars foams? I heard they used left over galaxy foams and painted them white!! Get to acetoning. Its on some lance mountain **** b. if all fails they already white! Lol

lol im just being a wise guy. but lets think. the shooting stars foamposite came out that one time in the pack with the lil pennys. it was a package deal. they both sold together and went out with a bang for 500 bucks. that lil penny posite with the stars was a limited color way. im saying the same for the foams. i dont think they will drop separately because it was a themed, gimmicky kind of pack. i could be wrong tho. i can see if it was a restock of the pack but i doubt that even.nike knew that people would split and sell the pairs in the pack.."hey if people want the foams they are going to have to buy the pack to get the foams, or buy them from someone splitting/selling both pairs. nike dropped the pack in the first place with the foams so you would HAVE to buy the pennys too..its an upcoming shoe in new color ways...it was to boost the lil penny.. wouldnt that be defeating the purpose of selling the foams separate months later? thats a lot of pissed off peoplethat could have done without the pennys...even though some do really love the lil pennys now....i really dont i think no matter what color the throw on that tron boot its not going to look good.. i lke futuristic sneaks but thats just ugly to me...walking around with this big asss triangle on my foot.lol i think if you want the foams you should grab em nows the time they are around 450 so its not too bad...and lets face it we could smell the columbia 11 literally a couple days after the gammas came out....we havent even heard anything about another star foams releasing by it self and june 28 is close as helll.

all the stars foam hype was dead and gone in may and the only thing that comes up and sayd the 28 is that one kicks on fire report but that was old...i dont think its going to happen which sucks for some. but i really think it was just a 1 time thing
