Damn. 1999 was a good year. 1999 in 10 minutes.

97 was not as memorable as 99 but had numerous songs and trends that were very unique. I was back in elementary school and pokemon was blowing up!

Hated 97. I was 12 my most socially awkward year, my voice changed and hadn't got the P yet so thirst level was epic. Plus crazy acne, too scared to talk to girls, BIG died and that was probably when my neighborhood was the height of crime couldn't walked down the street without getting hassled.

98 > 97

I am very biased, but the BEST year to be born is 1984. Aside from being cool from an Orwellian standpoint...
The year matched what grade I was in (94 was fourth grade, 95 was fifth grade, etc.)
the generation before me doesn't know much about computers and technology. The generation after me is too engulfed in technology and is socially awkward if a keyboard and monitor isn't in front of them. My generation has raised with computers in the home, but we can still have a face to face conversation without checking our smartphone, and we don't forward unknown numbers to voice mail.
Cause this is. NT, the Jordan # coming out always matched my age.

But most importantly I was in high school during this video. Good times indeed.

i turned 10 in 1999

1997-2003 seemed almost perfect

the right amount of technolology, video games , music was better and kids use to

actually be active and most teens/adults where apart of some random cause or where in a band

I remember being in high school in 2001 and saw some 9th graders in the library still talking about pokemon and pokemon cards. Early signs that the newer generations were going in the wrong direction :smh:
