Whether You Like it or not our Government does things not in our best interest

Seriously, not sure if serious

lol not sure if serious about what part of my post?

Absolutely.

Some people just reach a point where that distrust morphs into something closer to dementia.

And others reach a point where their absolute trust becomes a dangerous childlike naivete.
Didn't see this earlier. This is why we need a middle ground. Keep that "fake bomb, missile hit the pentagon, lizards rule earth" stuff out.

If its a theory, say so. If you have concrete facts even better, post links and cite sources. Throw out some book names. Attacking (from either side) is LITERALLY what "they" want us to do.

"Divide and conquer". They've done an excellent job.

History. Is. A. Great. Teacher.
I've been saying this, man. Nobody seems to realize that.

In addition, the government will ALWAYS be exempt from any laws. If a conspiracy was somehow discovered in the recent Boston attacks, what would happen to the government? Would anyone really go to jail, or be sentenced to death?

Not a single one of them would.

Excellent post.

Comes to mine... Scooter Libby. Guilty of perjury, lying to the FBI and obstructing an investigation into the leak of a CIA operative's identity and he was pardoned by GW Bush. LAUGHABLE! :smh:

Now imagine if any of us are guilty of those crimes... you think Obama would pardon any of us? Instead he can have the Feds detained us indefinitely at Gitmo or target us for assassination.

Its all so depressing. What am I to do with all of this information?? How do I "fight"? Or how do I educate so we can all "fight"?

It probably would have been better to not know, but that's not who I am. Its hard to take anything serious when you know its all a sham, and so easily controlled and manipulated.

Just a quick vent, after reading through the last 2 pages.

Ignorance is bliss if you're blessed with ignorance to begin with, otherwise its just frustrating. C'est la vie.

hmmm....
"Divide and conquer". They've done an excellent job.
oldest trick in the book. most people have fallen for it.
I'd just like to know, from the naysayers...

Why are there FDNY firefighters (honorable men) who SWEAR that they heard bomb blasts from the ground level on 9/11?

How come there was a timely insurance policy bought for both towers (by Larry Silverstein, owner) on July of 2011, just 3 months before the attack?

And why were there armed guards guarding the elevators during "renovations" in the months before the attack.

And why did Bill Cooper (military vet & Naval intelligence officer, author of Behold a Pale Horse, predicted 9/11) get assassinated only two months after 9/11 by Feds (US Marshalls).

People who ask why aren't "theorists" we just use our ******g brain. The people who live on this earth who walk around eyes wide shut, eating whatever ******** the media and the government feed 'em make me ******g sick.

Its those people who are not only the part of the problem, but the whole problem. If it wasn't for these ***** we wouldn't be so susceptible to all these coverups.
man, shut up you loony tin foil hat wearing alex jones conspiracy theorist (did i get that right?). just bend over and take it.

the world is flat

Listening to too much rage against the machine when I was younger caused me to have a distaste for our government

Lol i feel you... People always seem to act like having a distrust in your government is crazy... IMO you should NEVER give anything your full trust

As seen in this NT thread

The individual responsible for one of the most significant leaks in US political history is Edward Snowden, a 29-year-old former technical assistant for the CIA and current employee of the defence contractor Booz Allen Hamilton. Snowden has been working at the National Security Agency for the last four years as an employee of various outside contractors, including Booz Allen and Dell.

The Guardian, after several days of interviews, is revealing his identity at his request. From the moment he decided to disclose numerous top-secret documents to the public, he was determined not to opt for the protection of anonymity. "I have no intention of hiding who I am because I know I have done nothing wrong," he said.

Snowden will go down in history as one of America's most consequential whistleblowers, alongside Daniel Ellsberg and Bradley Manning. He is responsible for handing over material from one of the world's most secretive organisations – the NSA.

In a note accompanying the first set of documents he provided, he wrote: "I understand that I will be made to suffer for my actions," but "I will be satisfied if the federation of secret law, unequal pardon and irresistible executive powers that rule the world that I love are revealed even for an instant."

Despite his determination to be publicly unveiled, he repeatedly insisted that he wants to avoid the media spotlight. "I don't want public attention because I don't want the story to be about me. I want it to be about what the US government is doing."

He does not fear the consequences of going public, he said, only that doing so will distract attention from the issues raised by his disclosures. "I know the media likes to personalise political debates, and I know the government will demonise me."

Despite these fears, he remained hopeful his outing will not divert attention from the substance of his disclosures. "I really want the focus to be on these documents and the debate which I hope this will trigger among citizens around the globe about what kind of world we want to live in." He added: "My sole motive is to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them."

He has had "a very comfortable life" that included a salary of roughly $200,000, a girlfriend with whom he shared a home in Hawaii, a stable career, and a family he loves. "I'm willing to sacrifice all of that because I can't in good conscience allow the US government to destroy privacy, internet freedom and basic liberties for people around the world with this massive surveillance machine they're secretly building."

after being in class and seeing how the american government has infiltrated most of Latin america and sided with ruthless dictators in the past i feel that this has to be bumped.

still denying trade with cuba because they don't like their "Human Rights violations" yet we have Guantanamo Bay :smh:

And the Original Post didn't touch on anything of the E.T. variety.

People hear the word conspiracy and think about et's and lizard people.

It's honestly a stereotype that prevents people from actually committing to discussion.

No, I am saying that of all of the conspiracies that turned out to be true, not one of them even touched on life on other planets. I am saying that there are way more than 11 if those were factored. I am not going against the original post at all

absolutely i just posted those 11 because Buzzfeed is a place that A lot of people recognize and would trust more but please feel free to post any other "conspiracies" that turned out to be true.

My point in making this whole post is to show people that Yes the U.S would absolutely go to great lengths & detail in order to accomplish one of their agendas. whether it's getting innocent people killed, destroying movements of people, planting false info etc etc.

Whenever some new tragedy happens things are always questioned and i see people post things like "Sure the government would really go through all that trouble to....."

And this post is to say Not only would they do it but they would doo it on a much larger scale, tell the public about it, and move on.

There are things that are done out of greed, things that are done out of friendship, things that are done out of ignorance, things that are done out of bad information...Looking at it form a business perspective you'll see some of them were just bad business moves, some of them were ill informed mistakes, some of them were heavily considered and schemed and plotted int he most evil of ways....but "exposing" them does nothing. We must take action, we must be active, but we have this culture we complain but we never do anything of any real resolve, we never vote, we never use our political power. The problem isn't with government, the government is just a bunch of selfish people, the problem is with the populace that would rather complain on the internet than actually take the slow, slow action that could actually chane things.

I understand where your coming from but i have a few gripes about this.

1) exposing is needed more than ever for situations like this. People are so distracted on such a myriad of other things these days that people don't even no the event occurred yet alone the conspiracy and details surrounding it. If people aren't told what is really going on they will never learn because mainstream media isn't going to report on this.

2) The last Era where people successfully combatted the government and commanded change on a huge scale was the civil rights movement. Since then the U.s has smartened up and has slowly developed a system in which they are in control of any and everything that could possibly hurt them. Add that into the fact that the general public is more concerned with so many other things as compared to that era things as a whole aren't going to get better anytme soon.

We watched Occupy wall street come... and slowly get chopped and divided from any and every angle possible by the government, Media & Information is the ONLY way to combat the way this Government is constructed and they have done such a great job at creating division that i'm not really sure i have a solution.

Pretty cool stuff!! Now someone send me links about this that talk about ALIENS!! Pm me something cool!!!!! C'mon!! NT DETECTIVES COME THROUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CONFIRMED: THE DEA STRUCK A DEAL WITH MEXICO'S MOST NOTORIOUS DRUG CARTEL

Suspected Mexican drug trafficker Vicente Zambada-Niebla

An investigation by El Universal found that between the years 2000 and 2012, the U.S. government had an arrangement with Mexico's Sinaloa drug cartel that allowed the organization to smuggle billions of dollars of drugs while Sinaloa provided information on rival cartels.

Sinaloa, led by Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, supplies 80% of the drugs entering the Chicago area and has a presence in cities across the U.S.

There have long been allegations that Guzman, considered to be "the world’s most powerful drug trafficker," coordinates with American authorities.

But the El Universal investigation is the first to publish court documents that include corroborating testimony from a DEA agent and a Justice Department official.

The written statements were made to the U.S. District Court in Chicago in relation to the arrest of Jesus Vicente Zambada-Niebla, the son of Sinaloa leader Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada and allegedly the Sinaloa cartel’s "logistics coordinator."

Here's what DEA agent Manuel Castanon told the Chicago court:

"On March 17, 2009, I met for approximately 30 minutes in a hotel room in Mexico City with Vincente Zambada-Niebla and two other individuals — DEA agent David Herrod and a cooperating source [Sinaloa lawyer Loya Castro] with whom I had worked since 2005. ... I did all of the talking on behalf of [the] DEA."

A few hours later, Mexican Marines arrested Zambada-Niebla (a.k.a. "El Vicentillo") on charges of trafficking more than a billion dollars in cocaine and heroin. Castanon and three other agents then visited Zambada-Niebla in prison, where the Sinaloa officer "reiterated his desire to cooperate," according to Castanon.

El Universal, citing court documents, reports that DEA agents met with high-level Sinaloa officials more than 50 times since 2000.

Then-Justice Department prosecutor Patrick Hearn told the Chicago court that, according to DEA special agent Steve Fraga, Castro "provided information leading to a 23-ton cocaine seizure, other seizures related to" various drug trafficking organizations, and that "El Mayo" Zambada wanted his son to cooperate with the U.S.

A screenshot from the documents published by El Universal.

"The DEA agents met with members of the cartel in Mexico to obtain information about their rivals and simultaneously built a network of informants who sign drug cooperation agreements, subject to results, to enable them to obtain future benefits, including cancellation of charges in the U.S.," reports El Universal, which also interviewed more than one hundred active and retired police officers as well as prisoners and experts.

Zambada-Niebla's lawyer claimed to the court that in the late 1990s, Castro struck a deal with U.S. agents in which Sinaloa would provide information about rival drug trafficking organizations while the U.S. would dismiss its case against the Sinaloa lawyer and refrain from interfering with Sinaloa drug trafficking activities or actively prosecuting Sinaloa leadership.

"The agents stated that this arrangement had been approved by high-ranking officials and federal prosecutors," Zambada-Niebla lawyer wrote.

After being extradited to Chicago in February 2010, Zambada-Niebla argued that he was also "immune from arrest or prosecution" because he actively provided information to U.S. federal agents.

Zambada-Niebla also alleged that Operation Fast and Furious was part of an agreement to finance and arm the cartel in exchange for information used to take down its rivals. (If true, that re-raises the issue regarding what Attorney General Eric Holder knew about the gun-running arrangements.)

A Mexican foreign service officer told Stratfor in April 2010 that the U.S. seemed to have sided with the Sinaloa cartel in an attempt to limit the violence in Mexico.

El Universal reported that the coordination between the U.S. and Sinaloa, as well as other cartels, peaked between 2006 and 2012, which is when drug traffickers consolidated their grip on Mexico. The paper concluded by saying that it is unclear whether the arrangements continue.

The DEA and other U.S. agencies declined to comment to El Universal.
